What do you like best about Quinyx?

I use Quinyx primarily for workforce scheduling and shift planning. It is easy to use, making scheduling, managing shifts, and checking availability simple and smooth. This ease of use saves me a lot of time and helps keep everyone on the same page, reducing daily stress. Quinyx helps me cut down on manual scheduling headaches and last-minute shift issues by giving clear visibility into staff availability, reducing errors, and making schedule changes easier. The initial setup was pretty smooth, and the platform is intuitive and easy to follow, allowing us to get things running without much stress. What do you like best about Quinyx?

I really like the real-time chat feature and the rewards and recognition program in Quinyx. These features lead to a good adoption rate from both employees and managers, allowing them to interact with each other and swap their shifts, which makes the platform very interactive. What do you dislike about Quinyx?

One such area is the reporting, though it provides all kinds of reports, some users have mentioned that they don't find it very helpful or sometimes they don't find it easy to use. What do you like best about Quinyx?

I like the very simple overview in Quinyx; it's very easy to know when I'm actually working. The feature to request holidays is very nice too and I find it incredibly easy to get the shifts covered as an assistant manager. With all my employees on a list and different shift types on another, it makes managing shifts a breeze. I've worked with a lot of different programs like Quinyx, but this is the best I've come across. I can add all my shifts to my calendar through a webhook, and requesting holidays is done with just three clicks from a simple dropdown menu. Managing shifts is really straightforward; I just click on them, type in another employee's name, or change the duration of the shift. Also, the setup was very easy, although our IT department handled most of it. I would give Quinyx a 10 out of 10 for creating a very nice overview and being very easy to work with. What do you dislike about Quinyx?

I find the filters too complicated. There are eight different options for filters, and under these, there are even more options. I think there should be some default ones, like 'My shifts' or 'My department'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quinyx?

I find Quinyx to be an excellent tool for both myself as a manager and for staff, as it simplifies tracking work hours and facilitates easy communication of available shifts for staff to book. I appreciate the wide range of functions Quinyx offers, which enhance its utility significantly. The ability to plan schedules on a monthly basis and receive warnings for potential violations such as scheduling shifts that conflict with the 36-hour rest period are particularly valuable features that help ensure compliance and prevent errors. Additionally, I find Quinyx user-friendly in general, particularly when it comes to submitting leave notices, which contributes to a smooth operational workflow. What do you dislike about Quinyx?

I think Quinyx can improve in the more complex areas, such as extracting information about hours worked throughout the year. Additionally, the web interface could be more user-friendly; for example, the button to input a new work pass should be more accessible. It would be useful to have options to make bulk schedule changes, like adjusting all shifts on a specific day rather than individually, which can be time-consuming. Somtimes you get stuck when you only can change tuff in one way. Not not so good if you gonna plan a schedule over 6 month.

What do you like best about Quinyx?

It is very easy to navigate, change shifts, edit punches and make rotas. Sharing the rota is easy and it's easy to access for all- on everyone's phones. So easy to use and see availability and peoples needed hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quinyx?

Sometimes people clock in earlier than they are ready to: as per our company policy you must be prepared to be customer facing however some people clock in as they enter the building so they're not marked late despite not being ready to face customers.

Also they changed it from 24hr to 12hr clock and its driving me crazy when I'm changing shifts or editing punches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quinyx?

What do you dislike about Quinyx?

A possibility MUST be added that allows the shift schedule arrangement - employee arrangement to be moved independently, so that one can arrange and design their shift schedule from top to bottom according to the employee relationship (starting at the TOP with the boss/department head - at the very BOTTOM trainees and temporary workers, for example) - or alternatively, the shifts can be sorted by shift type (early, middle, late shift).

Additionally, it is very IMPORTANT to have a button or an option in the rolled-out template that can REMOVE or DELETE ALL UNASSIGNED SHIFTS together. Instead of having to click and delete each unassigned shift individually. (Such an option would greatly facilitate handling with Quinyx and would indeed save a lot of time.) There are a few features I’d like to add. One of them is that when you’re working on an unpublished schedule—such as approving or denying day-off requests—no notifications should be sent to employees. It would be ideal if edits to day-off requests made before the schedule is published didn’t trigger any alerts, and that employees only see their approved days off once the schedule has been published.
