The calendar is straightforward as well although this is where the quirks come up **What do you dislike about GoReminders?** Many times I have put a repeat client into the calendar, and despite selecting the appointment to repeat every 2 weeks, it would not. Or it would repeat once, then stop. After my first month I discovered many appointments had simply disappeared from the calendar, so now I keep and eye on it, not sure what that was about. I just need it to send appointment reminders to clients, so when the appointments are in the schedule it does a good job of that. The babysitting is a little annoying. **What problems is GoReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?** GoReminders is sending appointment reminders to clients the day before their appointment so I do not have to remember to text them. ### 2. I wanted a booking app for my clients that was simple to use and did not collect much personal information. I also had no need for extra features (ie. separate email, storing client notes/invoicing etc), that I already had subscriptions and software for. Also in setting up my weekly calendar it forced me to think critically about my time availability and the flexibility I was able to offer without having to make these decisions after every client email/call. Now they can book, and if they ask for time outside the hours displayed, sometimes I can decide to flex but often I just send them to someone else who can more easily accommodate them. It’s saved a HUGE amount of time, and decision making. Also, I love that it will send reminders automatically so I don’t have text clients. Works well overall. Can have multiple users and it’s pretty easy to learn quickly. **What do you dislike about GoReminders?** If I had one major complaint, it’s that you can’t change your colors. We had 3 people quit. When we tried to delete them, everyone’s schedule changed color. We fixed this by making three blank people but I would be nice not to have to scroll past the blanks to get to yours when booking. I was looking for a way, that fit within our limited budget, to streamline the booking and scheduling process for clients. I needed eliminate some issues we have had in the past with clients forgetting about their appointments, me typing in an address or phone number incorrectly, and the occasional double booking. This handy service has eliminated that, and so far our clients love the ability to receive texts and/or emails for scheduling. Customer service is TOP NOTCH and willing to accommodate budget restrictions. **What do you dislike about GoReminders?** There are a few things that I would like the option to alter 1)Setting available appointment times and not allowing the schedule automatically roll over from week to week. 2) I don't want clients to have. the option to book multiple appointments - eliminate the "make another appointment" option. 3) The link sent to customers stays active indefinitely- as far as I can tell. Once they have booked and appointment, I would like an option for them to receive a message saying something along the lines of response already received - or form cannot be submitted again. Lastly- and this is just nit picky- I could would not complain about receiving fewer spammy type emails. **What problems is GoReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?** Go Reminders has moved us into the 21st century and we can actually send texts to book appointments!
