What do you like best about Brushfire?

I use Brushfire for my events and I really enjoy how the system is easy to build. It empowers me in the ticket-making process and facilitation. I like having control over the ticket process, including the build of the tickets, ticket pricing, ticket descriptions, and even payments. The transparency with payment fees is something I appreciate, as it clearly lets the customer know the additional costs. I also love the group component, where I can send a link and easily add to the group without starting over and building another group. The customer support has been amazing, helping me with the setup and providing useful and helpful tips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brushfire?

Sometimes I run into issues with logging in using my company credentials, which are Google-based, and it doesn't accept them. Also, for a first timer, building the ticketing platform or process can be a bit overwhelming or intimidating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brushfire?

I love how easy it is to set up and manage Brushfire. I also love their customer support. Whenever I have an issue, I just send them a quick message, and they typically get back to me and fix the problem within twenty-four hours. There's a lot of customization in Brushfire, and it's really made specifically for events. What do you dislike about Brushfire?

"Superb Support and Seamless Ticketing"
What do you like best about Brushfire?

My favorite part of Brushfire is Matthew. Because of him being so patient and helping me out, he explains everything to me. I feel like I get that human experience where someone is really assisting me, not just a random person. I stay with one person, and they help me through the whole process, making sure the setup is correct before we even go live. All of that stuff is super customer-friendly. Do they help you out? What do you dislike about Brushfire?

I think if there was a way to make it so people could do payments instead of paying all at once, like if a ticket is $200, they could pay $50 and then later another $25. That would be nice for those who pay in parts. Another thing I wish is to bring down the price because the Brushfire fees and Square fees add up a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brushfire?

We've had an outstanding experience using this ticketing platform and couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, the ease of use stood out—it’s intuitive, well-organized, and makes creating, managing, and tracking events a breeze, even for team members who aren’t super tech-savvy. It’s obvious that a lot of thought has gone into building a tool that truly works for events of all sizes.

The customer support has been phenomenal. Every time we’ve had a question or needed guidance, the support team was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. It’s clear they genuinely care about their users' success.

We also love the many reporting features available. It’s powerful, yet easy to understand and share with our team.

Without a doubt, the customer service is unparalleled. I've had multiple experiences with Brushfire's team helping me with very specific questions or even setting up the ticket process. I recently had an experience with Matthew from their customer service team, and he went above and beyond in following up with us. The actual platform itself is kinda hard to use. I was pretty confused and have been confused many times with the platform itself. What do you like best about Brushfire?

We have been using Brushfire for over ten years, and it has proven to be an excellent tool for managing our large ticketed events as well as our summer camps for kids, students, and young adults. The ease of use is a significant reason we chose Brushfire over other options, such as Rock Registrations. The setup process was incredibly simple and intuitive, making it easy to use. When managing our large ticketed events, I particularly appreciate the outstanding customer service offered by Brushfire, as it relieves my team from handling technical support and customer issues. Another feature I enjoy is the flexibility in setting up events, allowing for a shopping cart experience depending on how we choose to configure it. I am impressed by Brushfire's ability to store information, making the purchase of future events seamless and convenient. From an administrative standpoint, managing events and making changes is straightforward. Lastly, the support from both technical and customer service aspects is excellent, contributing to a great customer experience. What do you like best about Brushfire?

Brushfire developers must have been inside the minds of event planners. They have thought of nearly everything that you will need and more. I love that Brushfire is customizable and that I was able to use my brand colors, logo, background image. The ability to include my own content helps to create the feel for my event that I want, not what is out of a box with limitation. It is intuitive, easy to use, support is AMAZING, and it was so easy to implement I did it without even having a demo. What do you dislike about Brushfire?

The ability to generate name tags with QR codes is fantastic, allowing quick and easy event check-ins using the app on my phone.
