**What do you like best about Brushfire?**

The staff and representatives of Brushfire have always been easily accessible and willing to help. When I have made a mistake or missed scheduling an event, Brushfire quickly renders assistance and fixes what needs to be fixed. And, they are always checking on our progress. I am new to my position and Brushfire staff educated me with ease of implementation. They have also created individual thumbnails for all of our schools to reduce confusion when purchasing tickets for an event.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

When customers purchase an incorrect ticket or buy season tickets and their child does not make the desired team, not being able to refund the order fees. However, I do not think that is Brushfire's problem.

**What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brusfhire has created an easy platform to purchsae tickets to event without  using cash. The home screen for our district shows individual thumbnails for events hosted at certain campuses. This allows the consumer an opportunity to purchase a ticket for events with ease. They also created QR codes for student athletes and staff to enter athletic events for the entire year.

**What do you like best about Brushfire?**

Brushfire ticketing is an intuitive platform that offers a seamless user experience. It’s easy to navigate, making event setup and ticket management straightforward. The platform doesn’t require much technical expertise, making it accessible for organizers of all levels. Brushfire is designed for frequent use, especially for recurring events. Its ease of use makes it a great choice for School District Athletics as well as other School events. The communication is excellent, with quick responses from their customer support team ensuring any questions or issues are handled promptly. Overall, Brushfire is an excellent choice for event organizers looking for simplicity, responsive support, and reliable features.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

The main issues I have had with Brushfire have been related to user errors from our customers. Sometimes there isn't a solution for dealing with people that don't pay attention.

**What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing events and managing ticketing manually can be time-consuming and prone to errors. Brushfire helps streamline the complexities of event management, reduces the stress of managing ticketing, and provides a better experience for our attendees.

**What do you like best about Brushfire?**

Customer Service is second to none. They are always prepared to assist and make sure you are successful. Johan has been a standout for sure. The service outperforms its competitors and does it at a reasonable price.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

Sometimes it can take what feels like unnecessary clicks to do a task. Also, the interface can be slow for both the backend and frontend.

**What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to register and then do a myriad of tasks to ensure our attendees are where they need to be and their needs are met. Brushfire quite literally took a task that took a team of people a week to do and reduced the admin load to a few hours for one staff person. It also helped us improve our attendee registration experience greatly.

**What do you like best about Brushfire?**

Brushfire makes building events incredibly easy but what I love the most is how good the reporting is out of the box. Previously I would spend hours building reports to review data, track attendees, etc. Now I have reports I can grab and send off to my partners at ease!

I wish there was a support number I could call. Putting in tickets and waiting is frustrating at times.

I am an older small business owner who is technically challenged. I can not handle all the steps it takes to post my shows. Matt has been amazing. Very kind and patient with me as I am easily stressed out! TY to all on the team who have helped me since I joined the site months ago. Also, there may be a few items I am others on my team would add to your system that would help us but overall the experience has been very good. We left another ticket agency (famous one) and we are glad to have found Brushfire!

I love how accessible it is! It's intuitive and not hard to learn the different features.

I do wish some of the more advanced aspects, such as adding complex features were easy to identify and that training was easier to find.

**What do you like best about Brushfire?**

We utilize Brushfire for many large events within our church. From using previous software, I appreciate how easy it is to process a refund through Brushfire. In the past, it took our organization multiple steps and staff members to do one refund. With Brushfire, it was just clicking a couple buttons. When we needed support from Brushfire, help has come quickly and clearly.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

We have singular events that occur simultaneoulsly at multiple locations. For example, our kids camps are a single event in our church. However, they occur across 12 locations within the same week. Because of that, our team needed to create a single event with 12 different registraiton types. This caused some confusion among our registrants. It would be great if there was an additional way to filter registrations where they select the location, but only see one option.

**What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brushfire has taken over much of the work involved in our registration processes for major events. It organizes all attendee information and process payment information, which creates ease of mind financially when preparing for an event.

What I like best about Brushfire if how easy it was to learn to use. I had no formal training or any workshop to learn it, but I immediately could transfer skills learned previously to set up our camps. Also, customer support is always responsive and quick!!

There are a few glitches that happen and can cause a pain when working with clients.

The forms being signed on the interface so we do not have to physically have forms, parents or guardians can sign within.

• Support personel are fantastic
• Availability of support when needed
• Flexible - can meet a lot of different needs
• professional, clear, up-to-date interface
• affordable for a small non-profit theatre
• seemless experience for online ticket buyers
• very few technical glitches so far
• attitude of constant improvement and willingness to take customer feedback very seriously.
• navigation within the back end is very easy with multiple ways to jump to a different section

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

• Season Ticket system is awkward - doesn't feel fully finished
• Making identical corrections/changes to multiple performances is tedious
• Gift card system (using Square Gift Cards) requires an awkward workaround due to lack of support for split payments (e.g. part by gift card, part by credit card)

**What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is reducing the number of customer complaints due to either software glitches or difficult interfaces.
It gives me the ability to change many things myself, although the staff are very willing to do things for me if desired.

Most helpful thing is that they do all of the work for us! The pricing model is great for us. We build the cost into the price of the ticket and the guest won't even notice! Very strong customer service options as well.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

There aren't any I'm aware of yet. But I would want to know if there are more options for using our campus colours and brand on a sign up. Customization.

It is solving our Athletic Camps, Youth Quake, and perhaps our performing arts sign ups!

One of the most helpful aspects of using Brushfire is how intuitive and easy it is for customers to navigate. The platform is designed with the end-user in mind, making the ticket purchasing or event registration process straightforward and seamless. This user-friendly experience not only enhances customer satisfaction but also increases the likelihood of successful event participation, as attendees can quickly and easily secure their spots without any hassle.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

While Brushfire excels in many areas, one of the least helpful aspects is the lack of comprehensive support during the initial setup phase. For users who are new to the platform, the process of configuring events and integrating various features can be a bit challenging without sufficient guidance. Although the platform is generally user-friendly, more robust setup assistance or clearer onboarding tutorials could significantly enhance the experience for first-time users.

Brushfire tackles the challenge of managing event registrations by making the process much easier and more straightforward. Plus, attendees find it simple to sign up, which means more people are likely to join in.

**What do you like best about Brushfire?**

Whenever I have an issue, Brushfire quickly gets back to me and helps me resolve it. I have receommended it to other ministries in our church as an easier alternate to collecting information for events as well as having a team to troubleshoot and problem solve.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

There truly isn't anything to dislike. Typically my own frustration stems from me not knowing or understanding how to properly utlize all of the features that Brushfire offers.

Collecting information such as waivers and forms and keeping them in a digital space for us rather than paper. This makes it so much faster for us to locate when those items are needed.

Brushfire has been very helpful for the events that I've coordinated. Their support team provides timely and hands on service. I have felt very comfortable and confident leading up to and during my events! As a new user of the platform, I was able to learn a lot in a short amount of time!

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

The text field in the evnet description is not user friendly and it's a bit limited in how it can be modified or visually appealing.

**What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brushfire helps me track registrations in advance of my event and to provide a smooth, quick, and easy check-in process for our attendees at the event.

**What do you like best about Brushfire?**

We use Brushfire for Online Conferences and the platform works great even at a large scale! It is super user friendly and allows for many customizable options. Not only is the platform reliable, it also is easy to create a cohesive look that matches the event. 

I also love the quick response time from the Brushfire team. Anytime I need assistance, they are very quick to help resolve any issue or to give insight on how we can elevate what we do for our online events. **What do you like best about Brushfire?**

We love the built in reports, but love even more the ability to build custom reports to meet individual needs of each event.  Having the ability to have updated reports scheduled to email directly to my inbox is a super plus!  We use Brushfire often and love the ability to duplicate repeat events.  Brushfire is easy to use for our team and for our guests.

We generally build our own events, but when needed, the Brushfire customer support team has always been awesome!

Everything has always been great and we have nothing to complain about.  :)

Brushfire assists with an online platform for our guests to register and pay for events.  They are able to make check in and check out selections, rooming selections and provide other info like dietary needs and t-shirt sizes.  Having an online platform for guests to utilize eliminates the need for a staff person to handle these registrations in person.

Brushfire makes my job easier in managing large, ticketed events in person and online.  Their ticketing system is easy to use for both the ticket holder and the event manager.  Implementation of their system into our events was simple.  Their customer service is highly responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful.  I recommend Brushfire to any organization needing ticket and event management and registration.

There are a small number of people at every event we do who get their Order Number and Attendee Number confused when accessing the event registration site.  But Brushfire's customer support has helped fix this issue with each occurrence.

Brushfire is solving my problem with selling tickets to events that people can attend in person, online via a live stream, and after the event when accessing on-demand videos.  I've been impressed with how their system solves all my problems and unifies an event under one ticketing and registration system.

Engageing the Brushfire team was a smooth expreince. They did not try to sell us Brishfire they listened to our needs and pointed us in the right direction. They were clear on what features they had and how these features can meet our needs. Any additional help we required in using the platform was provided swiftly and with understanding.

The feature set was appropriate for our needs and the managmenet of the event and followup was smooth.

The Brushfire platform may not be as exspnsive at other platforms with direct connections in the platform for running the event i.e. video conferncing support for attendies. This needs to be setup seperately. However it does not lock you into using a specific vidoe confernceing vendor.

Brushfire colves the problem of managing attendies and ticketing along with follow-up for the attendies after the event. We can track the number of attendies confirmed replied or contacted in the event process.

Brushfire seamlessly integrated registration and payment for my most recent event. Previously, we used other payment software that did not connect money with actual registrations. So we were forced to keep track ourselves. Sometimes the payment wouldn't go through and we would have people registered without paying.  Sometimes people would pay, but their registration information wasn't connected. So on the day of the event, we weren't sure who they were. 

Brushfire completely eliminated our problems! At our most recent event, every single name and payment was accounted for! Would highly recommend them for anyone planning a registered event!

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

There's a cost associated with using their services, but that's expected. I was happy with every part of using Brushfire. And so was my assistant who is most responsible for keeping track of everyone's information and payment history. She loved Having access to Brushfire!

**What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way for people to register for our events with payment. Previously, people could register, but then we would have to send them to an external site to process the payment. This always led to peoples information or payments falling through the cracks.

Brushfire has been an amazing resource for us to plan in-person and virtual events. We've been able to host multiple virtual events entirely through Brushfire in an easy-to-access and fully customizable platform. Virtual events can be streamed live or simulated live, while all your attendees are able to join and chat. The live event registration feature is easy to use and has a lot of options for different attendee types, promotional codes, and more. As a small team, it's been amazing for our organization because it's user-friendly and doesn't require a lot of help with those registering, but also the Brushfire team is so quick to help when we need it. I couldn't imagine using anything else!!

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

Here is a feature request... I have a member-only group that receives a 20% discount for events. I would love to be able to email those members an individualized one-time use code in bulk. Like when you use a template for code generation, but if there would be a way where I could use bushfire to generate a unique code to that specific group of people.. that would make my life SO much easier. 
There's not much else I would change.

I love the way Brushfire has incorporated a virtual event hosting platform! this has allowed us to expand our reach on a yearly basis.

The system has really allowed us to save time as an operation where our staff has to manage ticket sales for multiple events at the same time. We also love the integration for our online events. We have been able to utilize their infrastructure so that our customers can really just handle everything on their own without the constant need of help from our customer support team... and that has been a huge help!

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

I don't really have anything negative to say about their product or infrastructure. Their customer and technical support for our staff has been great over the years! The only area I would like to see continued develpoment on, is in their report generation so that we can run more reports and in different ways directly from their site.

We are using it to sell tickets monthly for in-person and online events in English and Spanish. 
We also use it as the portal to interface our live events and pre-recorded events (between Vimeo, Streamyard, and the end user through Brushfire's integrations)

The reporting side of Brushfire is one of the best features, followed closely by the ability to custom confirmation emails and regular emails. We utilize both the individal and group options which works perfectly for our events! The Brushfire Team is also phenomonel and are always quick to help and answer questions.

The only thing that would make Brushfire better is the ability to choose fields that would show in the confirmation email. For example, if someone chose to add-on something within the form which is an additional charge, having that listed clearly in the confirmation would provide clarity to our customers.

Brushfire solves the issue of real-time data. My team relies heavily on live reports for quick access to information and numbers.

I am new to Brushfire but heard for a large event Brushfire would be the best way to go for registrations. I like the ease of setting up the event and being able to easily set up the event as a first-time user. Especially when I hit a wall, I contacted support and they got back to me right away and fixed the issue I had right away.

This could be a user error but I didn't like that I couldn't add someone's email to receive the daily updates and they only go to me.

Being able to register multiple people with one name. That helps tremendously.

**What do you like best about Brushfire?**

Their team is super easy to work with and very responsive. Price point is very competetive, which is a huge deal to us as a non-profit. That, however, doesn't diminish the quality of the end product. We got an app that looks very professional and does exactly what we need it to.

I can't really think of any. For what I'm paying, it's very good quality.

Communication with our attendees - we put on a student conference every year with 2600 students/volunteer leaders in attendance. Brushfire's app made it easy to distribute a lot of information to everybody, which saves us money in printed materials (~$4,000 every year) and time to answer people's questions. Now we can just point them to the app.

Software is easy to use and thier support is top teir.  They helped went above and beyond in our implementation and the support has not dropped off in the years we have been using them since.

**What do you like best about Brushfire?**

I value that the Brushfire support team is quick to reply to product questions and never leave me hanging. This ticketing system is easy for our older patrons to navigate and it's easy to find report data and reporting on the admin side.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

A downside of using this system is that there aren't many mapping options for our unique jazz lounge. We essentially have to sell each seat as a single and we get freuqent box office calls from our patronst that it's challening to add a seat to a cart because there are a couple extra steps that overcomplicate the process.
An additional challenge is that there is no option for a patron directly or database. We are looking for one consistent place to locate patron data and Brushfire requires us to jump in and out of individual events to access this data.

**What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Burshfire makes it easy for patrons to get tickets to our events without the assistance of a staff member or box office call. It's awesome that the admin end has an app too!

**What do you like best about Brushfire?**

Their customer service is unmatched. They make the process smooth and you feel supported every step of the way. Their platform is easy and very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

The only downside is limitation of certain design elements for live badge printing. I think if there could be more variation of fonts and code that autosizes depending on length of name they'd be unbeatable. Doesn't apply to all events, but would be useful for the event I used them for. That being said that was the only note I have and isn't a big one.

Keeping my event organized for the various sessions we have. It's important to the client  people only access parts of the event they were invited to, so having it so organized in the platform was very valuable.

  ### 49. The only software you need to manage your events

**What do you like best about Brushfire?**

Before Brushfire, we were using free solutions to try to string everything together. This was a very manual process and registrations sometimes slipped through the cracks.

After using Brushfire, I can easily make changes that our whole team can see. I can generate any report and subscribe  or share the link to that. How me most use that is when sending the pastor of a church the list of everyone signed up from their church. 

We use Brushfire to manage everything from housing to wristband color to payment/balance due for 2 big events each year (other departments use it to manage their camps). So someone in our organization is using Brushfire every month of the year. 

Each time we've brought on a new team member, it has been so easy to get them up and going. There are so many help articles. Plus Brushfire support is just a phone call/email away. Although it might not be within 24 hours, their customer support team always comes up with the solutions we need.

I love that everything is in one place. It makes for a good user experience to get signed up. It also is easy to manage on the backend.

**What do you dislike about Brushfire?**

There are so many features in Brushfire, sometimes you forget you have the ability to do something. For example, I might know a lot of the features, but other team members are part time and not in the system as often, so they may not realize it's a feature that Brushfire has and be doing a manual workaround. I'm not sure how Brushfire could fix this because they are constantly improving what they offer (sometimes it's hard to keep up with all the changes).

I also wish there was a little more functionality with the emails. Yes you can send directly from Brushfire, but if you don't want to send to every single registrant, and just one per email address, you lose the ability to customize the email. (We often have 1 person from a church register multiple people at different times...so they would get 1 email each time they signed someone up). Usually what I end up doing is exporting and using Constant Contact to send the email. Then I can see more information about the emails and better tracking. (But for quick and noncustomized emails, I use the built in email options). 

Figuring out how to create the report you need and what fields you should include is not intuitive. I figured it out, but it takes a little bit to explain and help someone new to Brushfire wrap their heads around it. But you can always reach out to customer service and tell them what you need and they'll create the report for you.

The cost. While it is a high value for us, not every department in our organization has chosen to use Brushfire because of the cost per attendee. For the departments that do use it, it is worth it to us!

**What problems is Brushfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brushfire has given us an all-in-one solution to manage our retreats, camps and events for the year.
- Manage and change housing easily
- Easily refund/change registrations
- Helps churches get their groups registered
- Allows individuals to register themselves
- Pull report for any information that was entered into Brushfire
- Subscribe people to reports so they always have the most up to date information
- One single source of truth

I have one place I go and have all the information for our events in 1 place. I can look back at past events to see where we housed someone before, or if they attended. I am confident the information in Brushfire is correct and up-to-date.
