Review Summary

Generated using AI from real user reviews
Users consistently praise Zocks for its time-saving capabilities and seamless integration with existing tools like CRMs. The software allows users to focus on client interactions rather than note-taking, significantly enhancing meeting efficiency and follow-up processes. However, some users note that the AI occasionally misidentifies speakers during meetings.

"Zocks Streamlines Meetings with Fast AI Recaps and Effortless Follow-Ups"
What do you like best about Zocks?

I use Zocks in every meeting, whether in-person or virtually. Zocks is easy to use and quick to implement. I love the AI chat feature that allows me to ask questions about the meeting or previous meetings. Zocks makes it super easy to assign tasks from meetings and send meeting follow-up emails. Zocks also integrates with my planning, reporting, email, and CRM to pull data for meeting prep! What used to take 30-60 minutes now takes me less than 5. Clients love the meeting recap emails as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

I dislike the fact that there's no dedicated customer support phone number. First line support is all AI or chat. There's no direct way to contact support when you need it. If you escalate your issue, you will eventually get in front of a great team of customer support people. Until then, it's just you and the chat. :( Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zocks Saves Time with Seamless CRM, Outlook, and Zoom Integration"
What do you like best about Zocks?

What I like best about Zocks is how well it integrates with the systems I already use every day, including my CRM, Outlook, financial planning software, and Zoom. I also like that I can use it on phone calls for note taking, which makes it useful beyond just scheduled virtual meetings. It saves a significant amount of time on meeting notes and follow-up, and the automatic posting into my CRM helps keep records current without creating more manual work. Another major benefit is that it helps support compliance and Reg BI documentation, which is important in my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

Like most technology tools, there is some upfront learning involved in figuring out how to best fit it into your existing workflow. But once it is integrated into your process, the time savings and documentation benefits make it worthwhile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zocks is Accurate, Easy to Use, and a Real Time-Saver with Great Support"
What do you like best about Zocks?

We chose Zocks over Jump because Zocks doesn’t record, automates more things (like emails), and is easier to use. It’s also very accurate and provides better, more actionable insights. On top of that, it has stronger integrations with systems and tools (CLIC), and the customer service is better as well—they’re extremely friendly and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

I honestly can’t say there’s anything I dislike about Zocks. It’s a real time-saver and makes things so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Meeting Management with Zocks"
What do you like best about Zocks?

I really appreciate the simplicity of use with Zocks, which makes it easy to navigate. I'm impressed by the detail and precision in the meeting summaries, as they help create a clear summary and agreed-upon next action steps post meetings. The email summary feature is also very helpful for simply copying and pasting to send out to attendees. The initial setup was so easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

It thinks I am a Prospect or Financial Advisor, and in my summary notes, it often tries to report back data on me that seems like it should be exported into our CRM, but it is talking about me. This makes for slightly weird moments. However, it doesn't impact my workflow, it's just extra data I need to mentally ignore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Made Meetings Effortless and Notetaking Accurate"
What do you like best about Zocks?

I like how Zocks is able to take notes, consolidate things, and clean them up. We have the ability to email clients a summary of the meeting, which I feel is important because it keeps both clients and us organized. It allows us to do tasks and update financials for clients in our CRM system. It's focused on the meeting and does everything one financial advisor would hope to accomplish in a meeting. Zocks also helps me organize notes into our CRM, keeping us on task and making it easy to find. Additionally, the setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

The email aspect could be improved. Sometimes they get the names wrong, or it feels a little too formal. I like to have it customized and not have my entire name listed when emailing a client. It needs to be put into my language and needs to be customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Features, Effortless Note-Taking"
What do you like best about Zocks?

I love using Zocks because it saves me time. I am able to send follow-up emails very easily, which list out the actions that need to be taken after meetings. I also love that I can send notes to Redtail, which is a huge help in putting the right kind of information into the client's hands. Additionally, Zocks creates notes for me to go back to if I need them, making it incredibly efficient for my workflow. It even has an AI assistant that will scrub linked software and answer questions for me. The setup was also easy, making the transition smooth from our previous tool, Pulse 360. Zocks just felt much more robust in its capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

I would love it if Zocks could eventually have an AI scheduler that would reach out to my clients each year and go ahead and schedule that next review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Client Note-Taking with Ease"
What do you like best about Zocks?

I love how Zocks frees up my time by summarizing meetings and capturing the essence of conversations, making it easier to note important topics, discussions, and financial figures. It allows me to focus and stay engaged with clients during conversations instead of worrying about capturing details. I find the summaries easy to follow with information grouped together logically rather than chronologically, which is nice because clients often revisit topics during conversations. The action items or follow-up points at each summary's end are a great help, letting me implement necessary tasks post-meeting easily. I appreciate that Zocks is tailored for the financial planning/advising industry, providing more relevant details than other products. The initial setup was very easy, and overall, I'm very happy with Zocks, as it saves a considerable amount of time and reduces the need for additional staff to generate notes in meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

We have had issues with the assistant capturing notes. Sometimes this is user error such as clicking the button to start the meeting twice and accidentally stopping the notes. Or an assistant doesn't join an expected meeting, or duplicates itself in a meeting. It would be nice to have an audio reminder if the assistant isn't taking notes during a scheduled meeting. For example, if you forget to start the meeting or you started it and accidentally stopped it, some type of notification to the advisor to this would be helpful so we can fix it before too much of the meeting goes by. This could also apply to phone calls. If there are only 2 people on the call (the meeting owner and the Zocks note taker) then the meeting owner likely forgot to 'merge' the phone call with the client. Again, if there was help to bring attention to this before the end of the meeting, that would cut down on user error. There are also issues with virtual meetings in Microsoft Teams when appointments get rescheduled. This is done through Calendly and a new link is generated but Zocks does not pick up on this change even though the change flows through to Outlook. Zocks is working with us to try to determine how to solve this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zocks: A Notetaking Game-Changer with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about Zocks?

I find Zocks to be a game changer for note taking and managing case notes. I use it for every single meeting, primarily on Zoom, and it works really well, especially after customizing the meeting types. I like that it lets me formulate different notes based on the type of client, whether new or existing, and I can segment my notes in a specific way. I've tested it with about 100 meetings, and it's mostly very accurate and continues to improve. I also appreciate its help with my time management, consistency, and accuracy during meeting follow-ups, making sure I don't drop the ball on client planning. The different meeting styles and customization feature is a highlight for me as I can have different lengths of notes tailored for new clients or true financial planning clients. Moreover, it was very easy to set up, and as a note taker, it's been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

I think what could be improved is having the integration, especially in Outlook. I don't have that in my firm right now. Also, it would be helpful to not have to add someone's email, because I typically open up Zocks right before a meeting and it won't recognize the client unless I add them beforehand. "Transformative Meeting Insights"
What do you like best about Zocks?

I like how Zocks stores a vast amount of information from each meeting, which makes it super easy for me to see what's needed and what we went over. It helps me be the best financial advisor I can be by not missing any details, ensuring I can help clients in the best way possible. I also appreciate that it helps write an email for me to send to the client. I think it's probably the best piece of technology I've seen in many years, and it's easy to set up. I'm hopeful to use Zocks in more ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

I really want to use it with my Outlook but the plugin won't work. The only thing is the plugin with Outlook because I use Redtail email. I contacted Redtail and they said it won't work with the Outlook because of how Redtail uses IMAP for the server and Zocks uses 365. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changer for Time Management and Note-Taking"
What do you like best about Zocks?

I love using Zocks primarily for note-taking because it has significantly improved my time management, giving me time back in my day. Before Zocks, I always had to take notes in meetings, which was quite burdensome. But since I've started using Zocks about two years ago, I can say that I don't need to bring a pen to meetings anymore, though I still do occasionally. Zocks has added hours back into my day, allowing me to focus on building a client-centric practice and really honing in on what clients are saying and how we can help them, rather than worrying about getting all the notes down. The integration capabilities are also great as it works with our CRM, Wealthbox, and other tools like PreciseFP, making it a seamless addition to our workflow. Additionally, the initial setup was easy, which was a huge plus, as everything except integrating Zoom was pretty seamless. Overall, I feel like Zocks is the best provider for what we need in our practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

When I first started with Zocks, it was only for note-taking. The integrations and additional features being added have hidden some of the initial issues I would have mentioned needed improvement. There's still some room for improvement in integrating with more tech. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
