I like that Zocks is relatively simple to use, and I appreciate that they're constantly rolling out new integrations. They're deepening their integration with our tech stack, which is useful as it allows them to pull in and push out more information.

I like the meeting summary feature in Zocks, which shows me how much I spoke and how much the client spoke. It's amazing to me when I look at the meeting summary and realize it picked up things I didn't even hear. The prepared email for the client summarizing what we discussed is something I really appreciate, and clients are appreciating it as well. The biggest time saver for me is that it now includes some of the required info for compliance as I review it with the client, and it reminds me to check for any beneficiary changes. The initial setup was easy, and I recommend doing the video trainings.

I find Zocks valuable as it offers a way to do comprehensive note-taking. I particularly like that it's integrated with my CRM, which makes it easy to get notes into the CRM. When I open Zocks, it shows upcoming appointments that I can click to for taking notes, and it also lets me set up quick note-taking sessions with client discussions not on my calendar. Additionally, setting up Zocks was fairly easy.
