What do you like best about Birdeye?

Customer Service. Answer all questions and remain professional. They check in on our company, ensuring we are utilizing all the products to help us succeed, which has been extremely helpful in maximizing our investment. It is very easy to learn, and if you have a question, there is always someone there to help you through the situation. We utilize social media daily to stay up-to-date with posting specials and keep the company top of mind in front of our audience. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

Nothing, I have not had any problems to dislike. Would like the price to be a little lower Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solving the pricing, which they are working with me, since the pandemic. We are receiving much more reviews since we started Birdeye, which are very important in our business. What do you like best about Birdeye?

They sell their product really well. Makes you believe that they will change everything for your business. Unfortunately, it is opposite of that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

Limited functionality compared to what was promised

Poor follow through on implementation requests

Ongoing billing despite cancellation requests

What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?

We engaged Birdeye expecting a comprehensive customer engagement and marketing solution. Unfortunately, the actual delivery was minimal and did not align with what was presented during the sales process.

Despite paying a significant monthly fee, the platform provided limited value and key deliverables were not implemented.

We made multiple clear requests to cancel the subscription. These were not actioned, and billing continued. We were later told there was no record of our requests, which contradicts our documentation.

This matter has now been escalated to QCAT.
