FileFeed receives the files your clients send over SFTP or email, maps them once per client, checks every row, and delivers clean JSON to your API. Built for implementation teams at B2B software companies. $700 per month, flat, for up to 20 client connections. Every B2B software company has clients who cannot or will not integrate by API. They export a file from their own system instead: an employee roster from an HR platform, a student list from a school system, a supplier price list, a monthly eligibility file. Each client's file has different column names, date formats and codes, and someone on the implementation team maps it by hand, then again when the next file arrives. FileFeed removes that step. How it works. You create a connection for each client: a hosted SFTP folder with its own credentials and IP allow list, a dedicated email address with a sender whitelist, or a link to the client's own SFTP server. You define the schema your product expects, by hand or from a sample CSV. When the first file arrives, FileFeed proposes a column mapping from headers and sample data; you review it, attach built-in transforms such as trim, formatEmail or toNumber, and approve. From then on every file that client sends is picked up, mapped, validated against your rules and delivered automatically. Rows that fail validation are held and reported; clean rows go through. Delivery. Your system receives an HMAC signed webhook with automatic retries and a full delivery history, or pulls the clean JSON from the REST API. If a client expects a file back, FileFeed pushes processed CSV, JSON or XML to their SFTP on a schedule or after each run. Operations. Every file becomes a tracked run with the original and processed output side by side. If a mapping was wrong, fix it and reprocess without asking the client to resend. You can invite a client into your workspace with access scoped to their own connections only. Formats: CSV, Excel, TSV, JSON and XML.
