They are great to spar with about solutions, and integrating with them has been as easy as pie. Of course there has been some communication things, but that is more because of the fact that 3-4 parties had to be present in the discussion. The price was also very competitive. In BC it is so easy to see where our EDI documents have been sent and the info it uses. **What do you dislike about iEDI?** There are few things. I might dislike that their support seems a little all over the place, and it is a little hard to keep track on how far our requests are in the queue, but that is true for many. Also although the price is competitive, it might be a little hard to keep track of at times. **What problems is iEDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Well, they have united all out EDI in one app, and they can send almost any electronic document on the surface of the earth. They are very responsive to our problems, which we are not used to with our old EDI firm. They also decided to make an integration, so that out orderflow would be more streamlined. ### 2. HelpDesk fast and precise and always helpful. We keep one in-house format only for each dokument, the rest is up to iEDI. So implementation and integration is "piece-of-cake" in our end. **What do you dislike about iEDI?** Due to the extended helpfulness in providing customized solutions, it can be hard to keep track of which way to look for solution to a problem. **What problems is iEDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We send thousand of orders, orderresponses and invoices each day. Receive some 3000-4500 invoices and purchase orderresponses every day. iEDI is always ready to help find the best and most costefficient solution for the document transport. ### 3. We work with over 600 suppliers across various retail branches, and iEDI adapts effortlessly to these different requirements, handling the onboarding process smoothly. **What do you dislike about iEDI?** So far, we have not experienced any significant downsides. They have offices in several countries, including the Netherlands, which makes communication and alignment very easy. **What problems is iEDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** They solve the complexity of connecting and managing a massive supply chain. With 600+ suppliers across various retail branches, the onboarding and maintenance could be a nightmare, but iEDI takes that burden off our shoulders.
