What do you like best about iEDI?

I love the fact thet they are so open about what their software can do, and what it can't. They are great to spar with about solutions, and integrating with them has been as easy as pie. Of course there has been some communication things, but that is more because of the fact that 3-4 parties had to be present in the discussion. The price was also very competitive. In BC it is so easy to see where our EDI documents have been sent and the info it uses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iEDI?

There are few things. I might dislike that their support seems a little all over the place, and it is a little hard to keep track on how far our requests are in the queue, but that is true for many. Also although the price is competitive, it might be a little hard to keep track of at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iEDI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Well, they have united all out EDI in one app, and they can send almost any electronic document on the surface of the earth. They are very responsive to our problems, which we are not used to with our old EDI firm. They also decided to make an integration, so that out orderflow would be more streamlined.
