What do you like best about FileFeed?

The team is incredibly responsive and helpful. The product itself is straightforward and user-friendly, making it easy to onboard customers and meeting my needs perfectly. It was also very fast to set up and integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FileFeed?

Up to now, I haven't encountered any problems with the platform at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FileFeed solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a lot of customers that prefer to integrate via CSV over SFTP instead of an API integration. This is either due to enterprise customers using enterprise legacy systems that don't expose an API or they just prefer that CSV integration gives them full control over what data they expose and how frequently.

However, even if we went through the hassle of spinning up and maintaining our own SFTP server, every customer has their own CSV format that we needed to transform and map to our standard data model.

Filefeed takes care of this whole process completely without us worrying about managing a SFTP server or mapping customer-specific CSV to our data model.

We just collect unified,mapped data via SDK/API and it just works seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
