Microsoft Outlo Can also be integrated with bizmanager . **What do you dislike about OpenText Data Integrator?** I don't deslike anything as of now but I think that custome support can be improved as sometimes some of the process are confusing while using it so we might need a quick support team to gandle the problems which we are facing. **What problems is OpenText Data Integrator solving and how is that benefiting you?** Open Text BizManager is helping me and my organisation in simplifying the Business partner Connectivity and management . Scalability and flexibility of the Open Text Bizmanager is helping us to meet our software versus cloud needs. Whatever the data format is bizmanager can handle everything for ex.EDI , XML , Spreadsheet etc. ### 4. It supports various file types that the other softwares doesn't support. **What do you dislike about OpenText Data Integrator?** The customer support is not up to mark. The user interface also seems a bit old but straight forward. They can upgrade it to a new version to keep up the trend. **What problems is OpenText Data Integrator solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before OpenText BizManager, we have to use multi part upload to upload large amount of data to FTP/SFTP sites. But with OpenText BizManager we can upload large files at one go. It saves a lot of time. ### 5. The interface of the software is very light and anybody can understand **What do you dislike about OpenText Data Integrator?** The file transfer speed is a bit slow compared to other FTP softwares. Other than that there's nothing much to dislike about this. Also, if they can customize the UI to be new it'd be wonderful. **What problems is OpenText Data Integrator solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before OpenText BizManager we have to use different softwares for different documents or file types but after OpenText BizManager, that problem got resolved we can do all in one software. ### 6.
