I like that Progress Podio runs our entire company and integrates all our information into one central hub, which was a major improvement over using numerous disconnected tools like Outlook, Excel, and Word. Its ability to custom-build without a technical background is great, especially when combined with its automation capabilities. I appreciate how it works with tools like GlobiMail to automate tasks, perform calculations, track emails, and keep the company communication seamless. Progress Podio is becoming dated, with no use of AI in the system. It hasn't seen many updates or improvements, making it feel a bit stale. It can also be time-consuming to build certain workflows and automations, which require careful setup. Furthermore, there have been restrictions on granting our customers user access, which was disappointing and required us to change our company's direction and use other software.
