I mainly use it to send and receive files with clients and to provide downloads for players on my private server. The upload and download process is straightforward, and being able to choose the server region is especially useful for improving the experience for different users. **What do you dislike about Sinosend?** I haven't encountered any major issues with SinoSend so far. Some of the more advanced features are not something I use regularly, so I haven't had much experience with them yet. **What problems is Sinosend solving and how is that benefiting you?** SinoSend makes it easier for me to send and receive large files with clients without relying on traditional file transfer methods. That is perfect for what I occasionally need in my business. **What do you dislike about Sinosend?** There are no downsides to using SinoSend. The only plus I would like to see, and I have contacted a founder about this, is to be able add a file to a "media library", which can then be sent to a person, a cohort of people, and the like rather than uploading the file each and every time. **What problems is Sinosend solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have a large 350 page student manual for a course I teach. The PDF file exceeds the maximum size of 100 MB allowed by many platforms. SinoSend has eliminated that issue for me. Additionally it allows me to see who not only viewed the file but who downloaded the file as well. ### 3. I love that it allows for grouping of files by sender, which makes things very organized. The simplicity and ease of use are standout features. Collecting files is easy, especially with the automatic welcome email when a client comes on board. Filtering received files by sender is simple, and I can organize them into folders. Plus, we can receive files from our own custom sub-domain. Plus, I get real-time data on every aspect. My storage is huge. I can easily manage the parameter for each link.
