What do you like best about Mango Practice Management?

What I like best about Mango Practice Management is how it keeps everything organized in one place. Managing client information, appointments, documents, and daily tasks is much more efficient because the system is easy to navigate and the features work well together. It has helped reduce the time spent searching for information and has made it easier to stay on top of deadlines and case activity. One area where Mango Practice Management could improve is the level of customization available for reports and workflows.
