While alot of new features have been presented such as the parent portal and free text communication for teachers. I am wondering what additional features we have to look forward to.
I know that customer service help is very helpful but I didn’t see if there was someone who was able to translate issues to those who don’t speak English. Just looking to make things inclusive :)
Updated databases to rep force school population. Especially with siblings and twins they will not show up. Or I will have one student and not the other so I end up reaching out through the sibling that I do have. It messes up my log data that I have to report to the principal.
We have windows 10 clients that run the relay agent and have problems access local IPs from a web browser. We are unable to control HVAC systems and intercom systems. This doesn't seem to have problems if they are outside of a web browser but anything browser-based does.

From an area over 6 hours away at the other end of the state. Many parents won’t Answer this “unknown” call.
I mentioned in an earlier note the need to review failure communication if needing to print hard copies of what has been communicated over the entire year.
Sometimes my parents don’t know how to respond to texts and don’t know how to call back. What is the best way to train/educate them in a meaningful way?
Contacting families when dealing with illnesses, quarantines, or just missing from classes for a reason and possibly giving them lessons or visual information along with verbal communication.
