# Is  it feasible to have a call recipient’s caller ID show the name of our school or district?

Our call recipients’ caller ID shows a number
From an area over 6 hours away at the other end of the state. Many parents won’t Answer this “unknown” call.

Thank you for your question, Jennifer. Unfortunately, because the numbers that display are randomly generated and could possibly change, we are unable to display the district or school name.
