# What is the most efficient way to add 10 - 20 users to every whiteboard created by the admin?

I have 10 - 20 instructors who work with my students. I create all whiteboards, and upload them prior to student/instructor arrival.  If a student finishes a whiteboard during a session, the instructor must upload the next whiteboard to the breakout room.  I have to manually add every instructor, one-at-a-time, to every whiteboard I create. This is such a waste of time!

Hi Rich, thanks so much for your question. I reached out to the appropriate department so that we can give you the best response. Here it is:

Currently, the fastest option to add users to a whiteboard is to manually add them from the document library. By selecting the “Add/Remove Users” button, you are able to type in the user’s name or email address to locate them. This does appear to be similar to the method you are actively using.

Many institutions do not share Whiteboards as frequently, so we have not developed an option to add users in bulk. With your situation, we can see the value in an option of this nature, and have created a request that we will consider in the future. Specifically, we will have our engineers review alternate methods of sharing, or a faster option to add user names in bulk.

Hi Mohamad--thank you for looking into this, and for your quick reply!  Mathnasium has about 1,000 learning centers that use ConexEd (since around March 2020), and I'm pretty certain we all need to add users to whiteboards in bulk.  You're right, the method you describe is exactly what I do.  If I create 6 new whiteboards for 6 students, I have to manually enter each user's name to ever whiteboard.  I currently have 13 users, so with 6 whiteboards, I have to make 78 entries.  As you might imagine, this is infuriating, since it feels like such a waste of time when doing this on a computer--this process should be much simpler.  When I start typing one of my user's names, a bunch of names come up (probably all ConexEd users' names, or all Mathnasium accounts' users' names), so I have to keep typing until my user shows up (and can easily mistakenly add the wrong user with a similar name or e-mail address).  It would be so nice to be able to do this much faster and more efficiently.
