# How long does it take to update New student information with they come to our schools?

Also having some issues with multiple students who are siblings  appearing in The program. May be an office issue.

If you are linked to your Student Information System, usually overnight updates take care of all of that.

Thank you for question, Kurtina! We sync all teacher and student data from your student information system (SIS) nightly. As long as it is there and entered correctly, you'll see it in SchoolStatus. For instance, if you change a parent's contact number within your SIS today, you'll see that new number displayed in SS tomorrow. I hope this helps.
