The architectural model is overloaded with 3D views and more that I would have purged if was downloading and linking in-house.

We use this platform to be a single source for all project files. To eliminate the need for other sites like drop box having a way to share files would be essential. Also a way to share items or files to groups would be key instead of individually selecting members.

Should we upload the model we received from a client to 360? Or can we leave the model on a shared local server? Are there any benefits to either method?

we have a few people that set up projects and they do not always set them up the same way, was wondering if anyone had a recommended way, of like who should be the admin on the project, who should just be able to view etc, looking for any advice

We can save the model back to the network, but it just takes time to download the PDF's and other information, it would be nice to .zip the file all up and archive it back to our network.

The one we use is outdated, looking to upgrade.

If multiple users are working on the same work-set, and have progressed further without 1 user updating and syncing in between. Autodesk doesnt allow to sync saying the model cannot reconcile the changes and it is too old to update.

various file formats are uploaded to BIM360. the universal format in my opinion, NWD, can always be created, but is not always an option to download as if the file was originally another format. these are esential with subcontractor use within their other programs like revit, AutoCAD, etc..
