What do you like best about Fonn?

The way that Fonn covers the whole development process from team formation, through document assembly, to site works and completion. A full package.

Very easy to get started on.

As a project coordinator each Fonn project is easy to make bespoke. Standard templates can also be organised for your company.

What do you dislike about Fonn?

"Fantastic Bit of Kit"

What do you like best about Fonn?

My favorite feature is the way we can update the construction team and communicate clearly through one platform. Ensuring the entire team has the most relevant information is so important and when you are using only emails it allows for things to get lost, or looked over very easily. Generaly its a breast bit of kit and i think it could be made better but I'm not sure how i would change it. The app is extremely useful for having access to all the drawings whilst on site. What do you dislike about Fonn?

I found that the user interface can sometimes feel a little bit clunky. I half put this down to our admin team who set up the soldering system. One of my bigger issues with it though is updating/ revising drawings. This appears to take forever. I'm not sure how this can be improved but if i have to revise 20 drawings i need to set aside a good 45 minutes to update and revise these properly which isn't practical. What problems is Fonn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping the site team up to date and easily has been far easier especially when the majority of sites we work on are over 4 hours away. What else is exceptionally useful is pairing fonn with an iPad. This allows me to have all of the drawings with me at all times. Therefore when the occasion arises that i need to go to an unexpected site it is not a problem as i have access to the latest drawings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fonn?

The support is fantastic and App is easy to use even for team members with fewer computer skills.

The process of creating forms is very intuitive and has assisted the business in digitalising job packs and making plans accessible to everyone within the project team.

The desktop platform provides a intuitive base to create projects, reports and forms from, allowing us to amend items instantly without the need to contact Fonn, however if needed Fonn are available to support my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fonn?

Personally I haven't found any downside to the platform as of yet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fonn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Digitalising job packs - we have delivered materials lists, site locations, key contacts for sites, site rules, health and safety, service presence e.g water or electric, machinery required.

We are also improving our reporting - crerating daily reports from live projects to allow contracts managers to communicate with customers updating them without the constant need to visit sites. It is also beneficial for trouble shooting, we can record downtime using the issues function as well as attributing photographic evidence to the issues.

Up to date drawings and information - the app has allowed the office to communicate with the field in a much more progressive way with updated information being instantly available from site as well as from the office. For example if we are waiting on a client to confirm an alteration to design. As soon as we have the approval this can be published and a notification to the team members will be sent. "Review of FONN app"

What do you like best about Fonn?

Speed of the app is really impressive.

User interface is very straight forward and easy to pick up and use.

Ability to pull your phone out of your pocket whilst in the middle of a site and check drawings, bills, photographic evidence etc is really second to none. I have used various other softwares - 4projects, Adoddle, Project Vault, Procore. None of them appear to work with mobile devices as well as Fonn does!

The team involved, specifically our contact David Lewis is always open to our feedback. He implemented our own company forms into the system which means we are now operating as a paperless business which is great when speaking to potential clients. He is always up for taking on our feedback and trying to make the app more suitable for us which is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for FM business"

What do you like best about Fonn?

The good thing about FONN is that i can send a jobs to my operatives via the app without having to send numerous emails. They have all the information to thier mobile, they can ask questions via the app and i get a notifications of this. Pictures can be reviewed instantly after a job is done and it compiles a report that you can forward on to your clients. You also have the onsite check which is useful to know if you operative is on site and when he leaves site, it also has the location so you can see if they check in early before they are on site. What do you dislike about Fonn?

You can't get the customer to sign off the job reports remotely via the app, but this is a minor critisism. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface - everything is where it should be, and it is always easy and fast to use.

What do you like best about Fonn?
