# What is the best way to maximize efficiency of the different functions of One Drive?

Being able to maximize efficiency of the different functions of One Drive can save a lot of time and make the work flow more efficient. I've had experiences where it was hard to coordinate our schedules (on the calendar) with colleagues using our emails. Sometimes, events would not show up.

Use them.  That is the only way they will be effective.
