**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

What I like best about YOOBIC is the live emulator while creating campaigns. It allows me to see exactly how the content will appear to end users in real time, making campaign creation much faster and more intuitive. I also appreciate the ability to track tasks and execution across the network in one place, which improves visibility and accountability. Most importantly, it helps reduce endless email exchanges and keeps communication and follow-ups organized and centralized.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

At first, I found the menu and navigation a bit confusing, as there are many features and sections to explore. However, this was mostly a learning curve issue, and once I became familiar with the platform, it became much easier to navigate and use efficiently.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

YOOBIC helps solve the challenge of coordinating and tracking activities across a large network. Before, communication and follow-ups could easily get lost in email chains, making it difficult to monitor progress and execution. With YOOBIC, tasks, campaigns, and updates are centralized in one platform, giving better visibility and ensuring everyone stays aligned. This has improved collaboration, reduced time spent on email communication, and made it easier to track completion and accountability. In addition we stopped paying for an external LMS because the lerning part of YOOBIC us very good.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

For me, the main interest of Yoobic is to share best practices, to find the right information in the right place and at the right time, while staying connected with the entire network of stores. It is a true tool for sharing, communication, and collaboration that allows everyone to gain efficiency on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

I don't have any particular negative points to highlight. However, an area for improvement could be the search engine, in order to find information more quickly and intuitively.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

YOOBIC allows me to quickly access the information I need when it is not available in emails. I can consult the communities at any time to find information, a procedure, or a document. As a regional manager, it also allows me to follow the publications and information of all my teams, and to validate the tasks related to commercial operations. It is a real time saver, which facilitates both the sharing of information and the management of activities.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

It helps us organize and centralize most retail topics in one tool: VM, maintenance, orders, training, and communication. With everything in the same place, store teams can access the information they need more easily, and follow-up becomes much simpler too. It’s also easy to use for store teams as well as for HQ, and creating content is straightforward. On top of that, the follow-up and support from yoobic is great; it enables us to create better missions and a better interface for users, and to increase our participation rate.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

For a new person, it can feel like a lot to process. Switching your profile from one account to another isn’t the simplest, so in some stores they end up using only one account, and the active members % is low, as well as completion, etc. It can also be difficult to create the best campaign on our own or analyze the board, because there are many features, (also the analysis boards can be super slow)

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Yoobic, we had so many channels and tools that it was a nightmare to organise requests and communicate efficiently. Yoobic has helped solve this.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

What I like best about YOOBIC is how intuitive and user-friendly it is. The platform has a clean, visually appealing interface that makes it easy to navigate, even for new users. It is also very comprehensive, bringing together all the features needed to support daily operations in one place. I particularly appreciate how customizable it is, allowing us to adapt workflows, content, and communications to fit our specific business needs. Overall, YOOBIC is an efficient, flexible, and engaging tool that helps teams stay organized, informed, and connected.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

The main area for improvement is the analytics section, which can be quite complex and requires more training to fully understand and use effectively. Some of the tagging features and advanced configuration options also feel very detailed and can be difficult to master, especially for new users. While these capabilities are powerful, simplifying them or providing more guided tutorials and documentation would make the platform even more accessible and easier to adopt.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

YOOBIC has significantly improved communication between our head office and our stores by creating a single, reliable source of information that everyone can access. It helps ensure that key updates, procedures, and resources are shared consistently and remain available over time. The platform also acts as an internal social network, strengthening engagement and creating a stronger sense of community across teams. One of its biggest advantages is that communication goes both ways, allowing store teams to share feedback, ask questions, and contribute ideas. Overall, YOOBIC has become a valuable knowledge hub that improves collaboration, transparency, and operational efficiency throughout the organization.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

The ease of use for the stores and having a single communication channel between the central services and the stores. The workflow has improved significantly with this software, helping us integrate functionalities such as the control of Visual Merchandising materials, Marketing campaign review, fraud review in stores, tester control, space planning control to see if the agreed spaces are the actual ones in the store, etc...

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

In some updates, sometimes, when uploading files like PDF or Excel, a limit appears; before those updates, it didn't exist, so it would be ideal to improve it. On the other hand, the response in the integration is usually fast and the requested changes are also implemented swiftly. Generally, the performance of the tool is usually a 10.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having difficulties with in-store implementations with the brands for different marketing campaigns, and in the end, they adhered to the agreements because we never provided photos of those implementations. When Yoobic arrived, that changed radically: now we are the ones who demand from the brands when they haven't sent all the necessary materials, when the display window has been poorly implemented, or when the podium does not match what was agreed upon, and this has brought us greater benefits.

Additionally, in terms of support, Yoobic has shown total commitment to helping us create a security and fraud control. We needed a control report with all the store KPIs, stock, and others, to determine which stores were at risk of losses, and their commitment and dedication have been excellent, both in this aspect and in all others.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

YOOBIC brings everything needed daily onto a single platform. It includes the corporate social network, training, document space, tasks, checklists, communications... This avoids switching from one tool to another and everything is easy to find.

I also like the interface, which is modern and pleasant to use. The messaging is very practical, with everything expected today: instant messages, voice messages, reactions with emojis, sharing photos or documents... Exchanges are simple and fast.

The platform is smooth, pages load quickly, and it is evident that it evolves regularly with updates and new features. In the end, it's a tool that is easily used daily and really facilitates the work of teams.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

I haven't encountered any major negative points. If I had to mention one, I would say that there are numerous features and it takes a little time for new users to adapt in order to discover the full potential of the platform.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

YOOBIC helps us mainly to communicate better and to centralize all the information in one place. Previously, the information was spread across multiple tools and came through different channels. Today, everyone knows where to find the information.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

I like that there are so many different ways for us to communicate and interact with our team, a lot of the time we would have to email a long list of queries to every location and now we can contain this all in one place and add even more touch points like images and polls etc.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

I think sometimes the fact that the site is constantly developing means things move and change quite often which can be difficult when you have set routines etc, this is only a minor issue though.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For myself and my team, we have always used third party apps to complete site visit reports and then we would have to email them individually to each store, with this the whole process can be automated with questions being much more intuitive whilst also allowing media attachments. We also then have the whole estate at our fingertips and being able to gather information from them in order to better support them is a real bonus.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

I particularly appreciate with YOOBIC/SF NEXT the ability to create campaigns that are easily accessible to all field teams. This facilitates the dissemination of information and the collection of feedback. Once the responses are received, we can both view individual reports in PDF and conduct a comprehensive analysis from all the consolidated data.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

What I appreciate the least about YOOBIC/SF NEXT is the lack of dedicated technical support. In our company, we do not have an IT department, which has required assigning this responsibility to two people internally. This represents an additional workload and takes time away from their main tasks.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having difficulties with the collection and centralization of reports manually created by our in-store teams, but we can now use digital reports directly online, which has allowed us to automatically centralize the data and analyze it more easily. This has resulted in time savings, better reliability of information, and more efficient data utilization.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

The most useful aspects and main advantages of YOOBIC lie in the versatility and control it offers when configuring Campaigns and Tasks. The platform allows for very precise segmentation and the addition of customized data from our company; furthermore, the possibility of including, in some cases, HTML designs within the questions or in the analysis module gives us much more freedom to adapt and personalize those fields. All of this, combined with validation functions and a super intuitive interface that facilitates navigation, significantly optimizes our daily operations.

Regarding performance, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed with which it processes information, even when handling large volumes of data. I also highlight that the application works excellently on all platforms when responding to tasks. On the support side, the team responds very quickly and critical cases are escalated efficiently. As for the price, we consider it quite reasonable for the value and tools it provides. Lastly, regarding AI/Intelligence, they gave us a demonstration and it looks spectacular; beyond that, the platform already organizes certain modules very well and automatically highlights the points that represent a greater area of opportunity.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

What I don't like about the platform is in the audience configuration in the campaigns and the Site Types: if a user doesn't have assigned sites, the system adopts a reverse logic and includes them in all by default, an unintuitive behavior of the UI/UX that lacks preventive alerts. This directly impacts operational performance by inundating staff with irrelevant tasks, which in turn complicates the onboarding process and overwhelms the support team with issues that could be avoided.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achieve direct and two-way communication between the corporate office and the store operation. Without intermediaries, it allows actions to be executed directly. Additionally, it improves the visibility of pending tasks and facilitates the supervision of the operation.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

Yoobic is extremely customizable, and its no-code approach allows different profiles to easily get to grips with it, which simplifies the transfer of knowledge. Once the tool is well mastered, the creation, duplication, and customization of campaigns become very quick, allowing for reactive campaign production based on needs. On the front end, the interface is intuitive and particularly appreciated by the teams. Yoobic's support in integrating the tool at Bouygues Telecom was particularly appreciated.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

Our data integration model is quite unique: it sometimes requires numerous back-and-forths with support to find the right angle and reach a solution. The Analyses module could also be more flexible, in order to go further when teams work with a large volume of data.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yoobic allows for the creation of a strong link between the field and the headquarters on numerous topics: managerial rituals (coaching, monthly interviews...), merchandising control, occasional "feedback requests" campaigns from the field, etc. Where we previously had, at best, only Google Forms or Excel files, it becomes possible to standardize practices within the same tool. The teams particularly appreciate it: it is modern, highly customizable, and facilitates the implementation of common standards.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

YOOBIC is a true daily support for monitoring field teams. I particularly appreciate the ability to receive reports from teams in real-time and easily access specific information about their activities. The centralization of this data facilitates analysis, allows for the identification of each point of sale's performance, and serves as a valuable source of decision-making support. Additionally, we have benefited from excellent support throughout the implementation of the solution.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

The main area for improvement concerns user support. As a small business without a dedicated IT team, we have to manage most of the requests and issues encountered by the field teams ourselves.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before the implementation of YOOBIC/SF NEXT, we had difficulties centralizing the information collected during store visits. The teams would send us Excel files that we had to consolidate manually, which was time-consuming and increased the risk of errors. Now, all the data is grouped in a single space, making it easier to consult, analyze, and track the performance of each point of sale.

We also encountered difficulties in maintaining regular communication with the field teams, as it was not possible to exchange with them daily by phone. Thanks to YOOBIC/SF NEXT, we receive detailed reports accompanied by their comments directly on the platform. This allows us to follow their requests more efficiently, better understand the situations encountered in the field, and react more quickly when necessary.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

I welcome the idea of simplicity in platforms, though some take it a little too far. Connect here at WoS presents the right information at the right times, with links easily recognised, and it stays close to the core pages.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

This would be absolutely a result of the configuration for WoS on Connect, but I do think we can reorder better - there is no main focus, it feels like its a little diluted, I would like the main updates front and centre. and this is only a personal opinion, but the font is also a little childlike - but that sis just my own personal preference.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an employee of a small/medium business, bringing different systems and planforms into 1 place is essential, and Connect does that exactly, nothing within the platform is ever more than 2 clicks away and I love this, simple efficient navigation, meaning finding what I need quicker and not taking up too much of my time. Be this for personal use - Holiday booking - or finding showroom information in our directory.

As an area of opportunity, I believe that the analysis module, specifically in the custom dashboards section, could be exploited in a much better way. I feel that the platform has the potential to offer a more robust experience, similar to a BI (Business Intelligence) tool. I would like this aspect to be improved to have a much clearer and tailored visibility of what we are interested in seeing, allowing for the creation of a greater variety of interactive charts using all available fields. In this way, we could make the most of the data from our campaigns and tasks.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

YOOBIC solves the problem of operational disconnection and lack of real-time visibility. The main benefit is that it allows us to connect as a single organization, effectively reaching all areas and all personnel without exceptions.

Thanks to the platform, we can now know the status of our branches in real-time and manage daily activities efficiently. Additionally, the implementation of the incident system within the tool has been a great success: it allows us to provide direct support from central areas to the points of sale, helping us identify improvement opportunities instantly and achieving a much deeper understanding of what happens in the day-to-day operations of our pharmacies.

Finally, another great advantage is that in the future we intend to integrate some of our company's internal systems. We have seen that the platform offers quite a few integration options, which will be key for all our technological tools to live and coexist in total harmony.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

- The access and design of the insights part is really user-friendly and well designed in a way that I don't have to look for data as everything is gathered together.
- The courses design part is made to facilitate the creation of modules: there are plenty of options to use to create an interactive content and catch the user attention.
- The newsfeed is truly built like a social network, therefore any user can feel at ease and will feel encouraged to post and engage.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

I don't see any real downside of Yoobic that prevent me from using the app correctly, but it can happen that there's tiny mistakes in translations or design features. Nothing that couldn't been fixed by the support team when reported.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we are a small team (training team - 4 people), Yoobic truly allows us to interact and target our worldwide teams in a single platform. This helps share the same information at the same time globally and save a lot of time. 
It also gives us access to insights that we wouldn't be able to have that easily without it.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

Using YOOBIC keeps all of the tasks that our shop teams need to complete are all in one place. It's great for workflow processes. If a user enters in a value that is not the right standard, YOOBIC walks the user through the next steps needed to complete the task or take corrective action. The audits functionality is also a great tool to use and reporting on what has been completed vs pending audits still to be done

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

Flexibility, interface, and ease. I have used several tools and Yoobic has been the most complete. In terms of functionalities, ease of incorporating integrations, the fluidity of the application among other key elements. Additionally, the support has always been agile and they have always accompanied me throughout the process. The only thing it lacks is in terms of AI, being able to see other businesses that are not fashion, the functionalities of planogram analysis, executions among other elements that could provide us with greater depth in the analysis.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

The tool clearly has a focus on fashion. Or on other business units. In retail, where we have more than 2500 SKUs, it is a real challenge to get into detail when evaluating execution issues. Nowadays, all campaigns are self-assessments, and being able to address evaluation issues with the support of AI to be more objective based on well-defined standards would be what is needed. Besides, the analytics provided by Yoobic for analysis is limited. I would also improve the analytics services to generate impacts or key milestones with what the staff provides.

Yoobic solves the lack of visibility in operations, the ability to have immediate and effective contact. Download instructions or signals immediately and be able to supervise daily operations. The application is simple to use and intuitive. Customization of the interface is not yet available, but future developments should further simplify its use.

The tool is very comprehensive, with a communication section, training, and activation control.

However, the analysis section is rather cumbersome, and the lack of support is noteworthy.

The AI seems interesting for content development; I am waiting to see the research and analysis section, where reports could be offered.

The application is not currently linked with other tools we use. Moreover, the document section still needs to be explored on our side and perhaps developed further.

From a pricing perspective, I have no visibility on it, but the reasoning by session or role seems inappropriate to me.

The application is mainly designed to be used on a smartphone. There are differences between using it on a PC or a smartphone. Moreover, it is not practical to reset a password from a phone. Some users can play points in battles and the ranking is skewed. It would be necessary to be able to separate the rankings. I did not appreciate the help and support received to use the application to its full potential, it is very disappointing.

I love the ease of setting up and creating custom forms and tasks with YOOBIC. The offline mode mobile app is very convenient, especially because the offline mode is native. It is easy to configure geographic areas to restrict the visibility of sales points to the right users, and the campaign designer is a powerful no-code tool that is easy to use, allowing for advanced use with advanced features. Additionally, the integration of YOOBIC with my back office and reporting applications via API works well. The initial setup experience was very good, with good support from the publisher and well-done training.

Sometimes, the mobile app crashes, especially when users haven't downloaded the latest updates or are using old devices. But it's very marginal.

The recent changes in the agenda and the removal of the visit tab extend the creation of the visit. It is necessary to maintain fluidity and simple access in the tool.

So far, there are none. Yoobic consistently enhances its platform, and those ongoing improvements continue to add real value to our business.

Yoobic has given us the ability to merge a number of different legacy communication channels, and it has supported our support office in analysing issues in real time. Previously, these issues may not have been known about at all, or they could have taken ages to surface. Now we can identify them sooner and implement a fix, for example with supply chain or POS issues.

Like with any IT tool, some options aren’t available, and there is still important IT back-office work to do.

Having everything in one place is a real advantage: reports, pictures, e-learning, tasks, information, documents, and marketing launches. We currently work with so many different tools that it gets very confusing, and YOOBIC should allow some of those tools to disappear or at least be used much less. **What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

I appreciate the ease of use and adaptability of the dashboards in the analysis module. The dashboards available natively are numerous and rich, which allows for covering different needs without complex configuration. The native PDF exports are also a strong point, particularly due to the proposed format and customization possibilities. The tool remains efficient for data visualization, even when the volume is large. The UX is very intuitive and the tool is easy to handle, and the Zendesk is very comprehensive if needed. Finally, the configuration and filtering options adapt well to our structure, with the possibility to target a person, a region, a store, or even a role. The integration of our reference data went very well.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

I don't particularly have any negative points as a seat user. The constraints I encounter are more related to our model and our configuration than to the tool's features.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bring up a large amount of information from the headquarters to the field in real time, which would not be possible through managers or field tours. The feedback, if configured this way, can be very quantifiable and therefore easy to exploit (yes/no, sliders, etc.). We were able to gather feedback from the field on many very operational aspects (for example: waste management and estimates, taking photos, inventory management in stores), but also survey-type feedback on ongoing projects.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

I think what I like about YOOBIC is that it's very user-friendly and they're constantly updating their app to ensure clients are better utilizing it. I do like the fact that it's gamified, making quizzes and content more engaging for the team. It's app-based, which makes it easy to use. Any team member or manager can use it, and there's nothing hard to explain or understand. It helps me solve the mass learning we have and ensures training content goes out to the entire field. It also helps with checklist digitalization so anybody in any state can view completed checks on time. The app's user-friendly design supports our team, which includes different age ranges, in engaging with the platform and using it properly. The initial setup was very easy thanks to the training provided, which made it easy to execute and implement.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

I think the improvement I would like to see is just being able to collaborate on checklist for the manager side or the operation side. You know, right now, it's hard for multiple users to create one checklist. Another thing I would like to see is more of being AI used content. Of more video creating content from AI platform. Than more just content creating.

YOOBIC solves mass learning issues, ensuring training content reaches the entire field. It digitizes checklists, allowing anyone to view completed tasks on time from any country.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

It looks great, works well with users and there are lots of options to target audiences so the right content and information goes to the right people. 

The service is very good from our Success Manager, Eshan, who is always willing to help and answer questions and usually very quick to respond or jump on a call.

It is very easy to raise product feedback or an issue through their help section.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

As an administrator, setting up tasks and communications can be confusing with a lot to learn to understand how to use the platform the way you want it to work.

The help section is a huge database full of knowledge but rarely has the answer to the more complex situations I come across which means I have to raise through the help function.

There are some overcomplicated functions which when setup work great but on a practical level, makes it difficult to get things setup and manage (e.g. have an email send out to the user or set person).

We are able to move a lot of communication and tasking from email which has cleared the inbox up, allowing for better focus on our clients instead.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

What I like the most is the adaptability of the platform and the support teams according to our needs. I appreciate the ability to share elements between upstream and the field by including validation loops, as well as the option to take mandatory or optional photos of elements deemed important by upstream. This generates an image bank that can be used in training to show best practices and those to avoid. I also like the platform's ergonomics, the simplicity of creating a form, and the ability to give visibility to one group of people and validation to another group. The store management directs its teams through these audits, sets objectives to achieve, and regularly monitors the quality of its stores with test grids to be ready on the day of the official evaluation. Thanks to this, the holding rate of certain ranges has increased, the brand's Google rating has improved with a higher and faster response rate to customer reviews, and the shelf presentation is generally better. We also had real support from YOOBIC in implementing the tool, as well as training when we deemed it necessary.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

I would like the campaign settings to be more clearly defined, between the audience and the campaign sharing. I would also like more flexibility in the formatting of PDF audit reports. My priority would be to have control over the formatting of the audit report: being able to choose what is displayed, the font size, the scores, the gauges, for example, having the gauges on 2 columns, which would reduce the number of pages. I would also add automatic numbering of "button field" questions.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use YOOBIC to create audit forms and identify the strengths and areas for improvement of our sales points. It helps with general upkeep, cleanliness, product availability, and price labeling. The availability rate of certain ranges has increased, the Google rating has improved, and the overall condition of the shelves is better.

I don't give a 10 to the previous question because I don't fully master the tool yet. However, I find the UX intuitive for creating forms: the visual and dynamic version allows for quickly envisioning the content of a form. We also benefit from good support from the Yoobic teams.

It is complicated to know in the tool what is included or not in the pricing. It would be interesting to have a system in the admin interface that summarizes the active features versus those we don't have and could get by paying more.

Great tool for digital training and VM management. It’s user-friendly for both backend and front-end users, and it keeps improving over time. It does the job, and that’s exactly what we want. real time information sharing, great chatbot and last but not least very easy integration

Honestly, I don’t really see anything I don’t like about Yoobic. The only thing I could point to is the price, but then again the tool is very good, and quality comes at a cost.

transform a boring ppt into playfull tool. immediate information sharing up and down. easy monitoring of all training done on the plateform and physically, basically structuring and monitoring the training path of all users. before information was share on links with pdf and ppt, now users have direct access to all information in one single place: this save a lot of time for everyone.
