I really like this application: it is very useful on a daily basis, especially in the context of my work and the way I use it for my profession.

The ergonomics of the platform might need improvement, but I don't have much to criticize about Yoobic.

It is very intuitive to create a course, a lot of functions to play with, easy to upload pictures. Definetely a good tool for doing a quick but effective training with information in different format

the checklist is not as intuitive when if comes to setting, i think i can be more flexible with the workflow and the way to assign the tasks, otherwise it is a useful tool

with the digital format and course, we do not depend on multiple shared links with huge information to digest. it is a plateform allowing a coomunity to access needed guidelines, and with selected access manageble from back office

I particularly appreciate the ease of use which has facilitated the onboarding, both on the back-office side and for the end client. The tool is very flexible and allows adaptation to many use cases. And the ease of management for simple cases

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

The difficulty lies in the internal use cases that do not adapt to our needs and the communication of the retro-planning to the BO teams. I had already mentioned this point; we lose competence between the integration phase and the run with our interlocutors.

The reports are not concise enough: they are too long. It should be possible to use AI in this part of the app to make them clearer and more concise.

Sometimes there are too many possibilities, options, and categories, which can make it feel a bit overwhelming.

The platform is very easy to use, both as a front-end user and as someone who also looks after a community.

When inserting images on posts they get decompressed quite heavily, although this may just be a natural thing that happens when copying and pasting images.

I currently support all retail users across both the UK and the US with using Power BI reporting. That’s a lot of ground to cover, and I’m not able to speak to everyone directly. This helps me share tips, updates, and documentation more effectively.

We have used YOOBIC to streamline our business operations, enhance communication, and also for employee training and it has been awesome.
With the tool, we have been able to achieve operational efficiency thanks to ease of digitizing and standardizing our business operational processes by replacing manual processes.
I like that YOOBIC centralizes all business communications and this ensures all our teams whether from HQ or other branches gets updates and communication on time.
With this tool, learning is mobile and more accessible which keeps employees on the know and it helps a lot when it comes to retooling.
Thanks to the amazing insights and detailed reports, business decision making is always easy.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

What I like most about YOOBIC is that it centralizes store communication, operational missions, VM validations, and key documents in one place, making it much easier to follow up with stores and ensure consistent execution.

It has improved our workflow by reducing scattered emails and giving us better visibility on store tasks, completion status, and feedback from the field.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

The main area for improvement is the maintenance of the database, as keeping information updated can sometimes require extra manual effort from our side.

However, the support team is always willing to help and responsive whenever we need assistance.

YOOBIC helps us solve the challenge of managing store communication, operational tasks, VM validations, and key documents across many stores in a centralized way.

It is very easy to use, practical, and dynamic. Even if you are someone who is not familiar with technology or systems, this tool is very intuitive and simple.

That sometimes the system can get stuck, but I feel that there can be many factors, like the internet, etc.

It resolves many issues both for the operation and for the people who manage this system, as it helps us to have better management, better tracking to be able to make important decisions that impact the operation at a national level.

Nothing to complain about on this subject: the tool is very functional. There are some bugs from time to time, but they are quickly resolved by the back-office team.

Often, these are problems related to updates and the implementation of new features that disrupt the creation of missions. However, once the explanation is given, everything falls into place.

One downside is that we’re sometimes informed about new features a bit late, even when those features are very valuable. I’d also love to be more involved in the roadmap so we can understand what’s coming earlier in the process.

communication between field and headquarter teams: reduces number of emails and increase accuracy and speed of the exchange of information. Thanks to YOOBIC, field teams are the eyes of the HQ.
