I appreciate Syskit Point for giving us a clearer view of our data and understanding of who has access to what. It's a good tool to help govern inactive users, teams, and groups, keeping the environment clean. I like how it highlights areas where users have overshared information and helps us clean up data that has been shared with guest users for too long. The initial setup was also very easy. It can be flaky sometimes. A task you carry out today might fail tomorrow with no indication of what caused it. Access to more log information for errors with AI suggestions that advise on how to resolve the issue at hand would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really liked Syskit Point because it was very simple to set up and had a user-friendly GUI. This made it easy for me to quickly find what I was looking for without much effort. As I had just started at a new company, I needed a quick way to understand our SharePoint layout and potential vulnerabilities. Syskit Point fast-tracked and simplified my understanding of the existing SharePoint design, licensing costs, and the number of users. I work for a not-for-profit in Australia, and it would be good if payment could be made in AUD instead of USD. Also, as a not-for-profit organization, there are many features we would like but can’t afford to purchase. A lot of software companies have discounts for not-for-profits and charity organizations so that they can utilize such features. The AI agent sounds really good, but functionally, the storage optimizer and security vulnerabilities remediation could be areas where we would benefit from discounts or improvements. I really appreciate the cost-effectiveness of Syskit Point compared to the equivalent features directly from the Microsoft platform. It's super easy to use, which means our users can verify data without needing much training, if any. The simple platform allows them to complete their tasks efficiently. Additionally, it was a very quick setup process and we received lots of support from the Syskit team, which was fantastic. I find Syskit Point extremely valuable because of its visibility history feature, which allows me to see all account changes without any time limitations. I find the PIM group access visibility for enabled and active enabled PIM Security Groups could be improved. Currently, while PIM provides JIT access controls, visibility into who has eligible access versus who is actively enabled and when access was activated could be better. I find it challenging that Syskit Point takes a lot of time to sync with our Active Directory (AD) if I need to refresh it in the middle of the day. Although we have a once-a-day refresh routine, it would be more efficient if the syncing process were quicker when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ease of use that Syskit Point provides, especially the single pane of glass feature that lets me view our SharePoint estate easily. I also appreciate the ability to remove access quickly and easily, whether it's from a user or specific permissions from a site or folder. It cannot distinguish between live SharePoint and SharePoint Archive in the summary of space used. For instance, we have more than adequate free space; however, our dashboard shows us as being over 100% of our free space consumed because it is also including our archived data in the total. Outlook functionality, I'd be nice to see syskit be able to view and manage outlook access as well. In some cases service desk technicians will create user accounts using syskit to copy permissions and completely miss shared mailboxes etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
