I find it challenging that Syskit Point takes a lot of time to sync with our Active Directory (AD) if I need to refresh it in the middle of the day. It's difficult to know what the Governance plan offers compared to the Security plan we're on, and what the differences are. I work for a not-for-profit in Australia, and it would be good if payment could be made in AUD instead of USD. Also, as a not-for-profit organization, there are many features we would like but can’t afford to purchase. A lot of software companies have discounts for not-for-profits and charity organizations so that they can utilize such features. The AI agent sounds really good, but functionally, the storage optimizer and security vulnerabilities remediation could be areas where we would benefit from discounts or improvements. I find Syskit Point extremely valuable because of its visibility history feature, which allows me to see all account changes without any time limitations. I find the PIM group access visibility for enabled and active enabled PIM Security Groups could be improved. Currently, while PIM provides JIT access controls, visibility into who has eligible access versus who is actively enabled and when access was activated could be better. It cannot distinguish between live SharePoint and SharePoint Archive in the summary of space used. For instance, we have more than adequate free space; however, our dashboard shows us as being over 100% of our free space consumed because it is also including our archived data in the total.
