The company also regularly puts out significant enhancements. And they've made the upgrade process super simple and quite reliable. I've done several upgrades/updates and each one was quick and flawless. The user interface is intuitive as well. Lastly, SysKit has very good customer support. They are responsive and proactive. **What do you dislike about Syskit Point?** Nothing. We've been a Syskit customer for almost 18 months. We have not had an experience with SysKit that has been less than great. **What problems is Syskit Point solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our biggest challenge is to provide O365 (Sharepoint & Teams) security and other related audit evidence for our external auditors. We are now able to get what we need using SysKit. We plan to implement automated site owner audits/reviews, which is a functionality released relatively recently. I also really appreciate the ability to report on inactive / unused O365 licenses. It's nice to be able to quickly see where I'm at with licensing. It doesn't get as much visibility to senior mgt as the auditing stuff. But saving money on licensing is always a good thing. That alone can justify the cost of SysKit. ### 35. The best part: the service, in no time they arrange a meeting with capable engineers that always find a solution to your use-case. They like to hear your ideas for the product roadmap and seriously consider the input.
