
The most helpful thing about BXP software is that it helps keep all of our contacts and contact them in order. We no longer contact customers multiple times about the same issue. We can keep a running log of when we need to call clients about their energy supply straight. Before we would hope that we remembered to reach clients in time to renew their contracts, they would slip through the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pricing is the biggest problem with BXP software. Pricing is the biggest problem with all CRM platforms. It is a huge added expense, and we see little return on our investment. It is hard to quantify what the return on investment is with the CRM. Would we still have the revenue without it. It is sometimes challenging to say if we would have or not.
