Customer support, the way they resolve queries is really appreciating.

**What do you dislike about bxp software?**

No basic price is mentioned to understand the value of the product and to compare with others.

**What problems is bxp software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Call center, it helped us to tackle our queries and organised the calls.

Campaign Management, Real-time Chat, and Inbound Call Center.

**What do you dislike about bxp software?**

I am not like Escalation Management in this app.

**What problems is bxp software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not get much more benefits by using this software because I am a user of the software and feel easy to operate and use in the front end.
