What do you like best about bxp software?

The most helpful thing about BXP software is that it helps keep all of our contacts and contact them in order. We no longer contact customers multiple times about the same issue. We can keep a running log of when we need to call clients about their energy supply straight. Before we would hope that we remembered to reach clients in time to renew their contracts, they would slip through the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about bxp software?

Pricing is the biggest problem with BXP software. Pricing is the biggest problem with all CRM platforms. It is a huge added expense, and we see little return on our investment. It is hard to quantify what the return on investment is with the CRM. Would we still have the revenue without it. It is sometimes challenging to say if we would have or not. Recommendations to others considering bxp software:

I would recommend BXP software to any company that has customers that have contracts that renew. It is impossible to keep track of everyone without a program like BXP. We would not be able to handle knowing when each customer was ready to renew. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is bxp software solving and how is that benefiting you?

The major problem that we are solving using BXP software is following up with customers promptly. People always remember to call and work with large accounts, but the smaller ones were not getting the service that they deserved before we started using BXP software.
