
I like Simplesat's feedback dashboard because it helps us see customer feedback in real-time. I also appreciate Pete, our product expert, who helped smoothen our migration from a different platform. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
Dashboards and reporting could be improved. Dashboards don't support double decimal points, and the filters/reports that can be added are quite limited. We encountered some feature loss from Stella/Medallia in regards to personalization of CSAT surveys for specific agents (no photos included for the agent) and question formatting that lead to a longer and droned out experience with our old survey question setup.
