Zymplify is a feature-rich platform that streamlines lead generation and marketing automation. The real standout though is the exceptional support from John F - his expertise and responsiveness have made a huge impact on our marketing strategy.

What do you dislike about Zymplify?

There’s a bit of a learning curve when getting started, especially when you're a bit of a novice navigating all the available features, however the support from John F meant that any knowledge gaps were quickly addressed, making it a smooth experience for us overall. What do you dislike about Zymplify?

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Zymplify that I feel obligated to share. What initially seemed like a promising marketing solution revealed several serious issues:

First, beware of their contract structure - you'll find yourself locked into a 12-month commitment with limited flexibility. The onboarding process was particularly frustrating, with an exceptionally steep learning curve that required significant time investment beyond what should be necessary. It's clunky and difficult to use.

The most concerning issue was the analytics reporting. I discovered that their dashboard metrics consistently failed to align with data from trusted platforms like Google Analytics and LinkedIn. After 10 months of use, I realised much of this discrepancy stems from bot activity from emails, which then inflates all your numbers on the dashboard - open rates and CTRs appear more successful than reality.

Customer service proved inadequate when addressing these concerns.

Perhaps most disappointing is that comparable functionality is available through alternatives like Apollo.io (which includes buyer intent features and Bombora integration) for approximately one-third of Zymplify's monthly cost.

Given these experiences, I cannot recommend Zymplify to other businesses seeking marketing automation solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
