
Zubie used to be a good small company, but their customer services has disappeared Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Told we were NOT set to auto-renew. Instead, sent bill for 2 years of service automatically charged to credit card previously used. Rep told me they changed our terms but then said, "you have to do that yourself." Devices constantly not working. Asked to remove 1 device from our fleet subscription and we will still pay for a year and a half left on our contract.
If the devices work, you will get semi-reliable information. If not - you get terrible customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
