Instead, sent bill for 2 years of service automatically charged to credit card previously used. Rep told me they changed our terms but then said, "you have to do that yourself." Devices constantly not working. Asked to remove 1 device from our fleet subscription and we will still pay for a year and a half left on our contract. If the devices work, you will get semi-reliable information. If not - you get terrible customer service. **What problems is Zubie solving and how is that benefiting you?** GPS tracking is semi-reliable, not perfect ### 2. See the 'dislike' portion. They sent me a FREE upgrade Zubie key - which is absolutely worthless. **What do you dislike about Zubie?** The company recently moved from 3G to 4G. It took a WEEK to 'update' - 'just keep driving' they said. Now recording 10min trips ALL DAY LONG! They can't seem to fix. Sad to see them moving into failure so quickly. They are very nice about it - but the app keeps getting worse and worse since I came on board two years ago. AND - the price continues to rise. **Recommendations to others considering Zubie:** Don't spend your money on this. They really are struggling more than ever to get it right. **What problems is Zubie solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeps track (of some) travel and trips. ### 3. This allows anyone in management to view the exact location of each vehicle at any time. We love how easy it is to view the status of repairs in the app also. **What do you dislike about Zubie?** Sometimes it is not always 100% correct with a millage of the vehicle or the location but it is always very close. I would say to any business owner to use this as a backup and safety option but do NOT rely soley on this information. **Recommendations to others considering Zubie:** Do a trial of the software and see if it something that you can easily switch to. **What problems is Zubie solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have the ability to better manage our small fleet of vehicles and save time on the day to day task.
