I am the program manager for my organization and accountable for creating multiple project plans globally. Since last 2 years, my journey with this tool is fabulous. I see some key and interesting features like: Project level - Roll-up of dates Cost / Hours (Planned / Actual / forecasted) Budget (revenue / cost Global search window with fields in search option Task level - Various type planned time and at user level Time entry of actual on weekly basis Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Zoho Projects? Currently tool is supporting only leave / holiday calendar at portal level. Which gets applied to all projects. This needs to be at project level. It is very ideal tool for project management. It keeps everything in loop, can't forget a things. Coordination is a key in Construction sector, with Zoho projects, tagging teams to a task gets everything pointed out and gives clarity. Task collaborated with clique is something superb, when we discuss multiple things through WhatsApp, It often feels irritated to to search the conversation after couple of days, so to start from where it was left.
