5/5
What do you like best about Zensai?

Since my company implemented Zensai's corporate learning services we have been able to train a large number of new employees who are already performing with full efficiency within our business practices, reducing our operational costs and integration time for new workers. In addition, Zensai offers a great working platform with the most interactive and professional training features, allowing real time monitoring of each user's progress and integration with your operating systems to facilitate and enhance the capabilities of this valuable corporate learning system. "Seamless M365 integration and easy operation"
4/5
What do you like best about Zensai?

The direct integration into the M365 world, as well as the easy handling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zensai?

Since Learn365 is integrated into the M365 world, it can only be operated on a SharePoint and does not function as a standalone solution. In certain environments, this can be a disadvantage, even though the benefits of integration overall outweigh it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Zensai with Great Support, but Needs Better Reporting and Proxy Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zensai?

Zensai is overall quite user-friendly and easy to navigate. I also like the ability to view the Audit Trail. Customer Support is also always quick to reply and has been helpful in troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zensai?

I wish that the reporting functions were more robust, more customizable, and able to be automated. Also, we do not have the ability to proxy, like logging in under a student account to see what they see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"solid"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Zensai?

I like that you are keep on improving the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zensai?

It's looking quite old fashioned, I'd love to have more functions to create interactive e-learnings. Furthermore, the function of the waiting list in the LMS is annoying since it only pops up when there are no course sessions planned. If there is a course session planned, and the date does not fit or it's already fully booked, you cannot register for the waiting list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great SharePoint integration and ease of use, but could use more granular setting options."
3/5
What do you like best about Zensai?

LMS is directly integrated into SharePoint. Ease of use for the end user. Content agnostic course builder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zensai?

I wish there were more granular settings. For example, in other LMSs I can adjust course notifications per course instead of using the same template for every course in the catalog. Notification settings should be able to be transferred or copied to other catalogs too. I like the deep integration with LinkedIn Learning but you can't pull in full learning paths, only courses and videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Truly Global LMS"
5/5
What do you like best about Zensai?

Zensai is the only platform I have seen that partners seamlessly with Microsoft while also providing a truly accessible global format. My company is all-in with Microsoft. The majority of our learning prior to Zensai happened through SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, etc. If it was a Microsoft product, we were using it to deliver training. By having an application that sits directly on-top of Microsoft while using Azure data, our IT and end-users had zero learning curve in adopting the software. Additionally, as a global company, we have offices all around the world and our business operates in 9 different languages. Because Zensai uses Microsoft Settings, our users experienced in the system in their language of choice from day one - no settings to hassle with, no preferences to update. If that's no an easy implementation, I don't know what is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zensai?

Because Zensai isn't the world's largest LMS, they are still finding their way with some of the settings, Automations, plug-ins, etc. There is some functionality that I am interested in that hasn't been deployed yet. That being said, because Zensai is smaller, my voice matters. I work for a small company, and yet, what we need is listened to and responded to by Zensai. Between consultant hours and their extremely active community, I have yet to run into a situation in which certain functionality can't be rigged together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best Learning Management System integrated with Microsoft 365"
4/5
What do you like best about Zensai?

The integration with Microsoft 365 is second to none. It's very easy to install right from the get go. We have been using Learn365 for over 5 years and the list of features have increased exponentially since then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zensai?

Customer support was amazing, but has fallen short recently and gotten quite slower. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
