The oppertunities that Advanced Case Management gave me include automtion of the routine activities. I am able to easily build woorkflows where certain activities occur based on the data entered into a case allowing me to focus on other elements of the case that require critical thinking. Those workflows are auite flexible and the customization of those can be a bit tedious. this to and fro leads to delay most especially when one is handling special cases that require special attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
