The trucking industry has a lot of legacy technology implementations and Zenbridge has a deep expertise in EDI technology and was able to take that understanding and bridge the gap between old and new tech and help us integrate customers into our platform and it is super easy to use and setup. **What do you dislike about Zenbridge?** Zenbridge has been an awesome partner to our company, nothing bad to say. **What problems is Zenbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** They solve our EDI integration requirements with customers by serving as the bridge between us and our customers and convert EDI into API with two communication between our customers and our system. ### 2. The platform is easy to use, the documentation is clear, and the interface is pretty intuitive. We needed a custom connection to help us balance inventory data across a couple of internal tools and a third-party system and they were able to execute this task. We expected a lot of back-and-forth or custom coding, but their team was super responsive, and the platform gave us enough flexibility to make it work without a ton of overhead. Overall, Zenbridge made integrations something we don’t have to stress about anymore — which is a big win in my book. **What do you dislike about Zenbridge?** Some of the connections took longer than we wanted. **What problems is Zenbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eliminated all manual work by creating API/EDI connections to mainstream all order process. ### 5. If any issues arise, they will see that they get taken care of as soon as possible. We have used them several times for different projects and they have worked well and supported them following move to production. **What do you dislike about Zenbridge?** There is a time difference between where I am and where they are... but it has not really caused issues. **What problems is Zenbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zenbridge connects to several customer marketplaces using API, pulls the orders data, formats it as X12 EDI transactions, and submits it to our EDI VAN. They receive EDI transactions back from us and use the API to post shipment and order status back to the customer marketplace for each order. They also take our EDI Inventory feed transactions and update the customer marketplaces with the new inventory quantities. ### 7. Overall, the experience has been consistently solid and dependable, with a team that clearly knows their stuff. Their team is responsive and understands the technical side — whether it’s 850s, 810s, 856s, etc or handling partner-specific requirements. What’s been especially helpful is their ability to take specs from our trading partners and turn them into working integrations without a lot of back-and-forth. Onboarding new partners is usually pretty smooth, and they’re good at flagging mapping or data issues early before they cause problems downstream. Turnaround times have generally been solid, even during busier periods, and the team does a good job of keeping us in the loop throughout. When we’ve hit urgent issues — like EDI rejections or unexpected partner changes — they’ve worked with us closely to get things resolved quickly. All in all, they’ve helped us streamline our EDI process and cut down on the manual steps, which has been a big win for our order, shipping and invoice flow. **What do you dislike about Zenbridge?** Not that I dislike it—it’s just that the time difference with their team can be a bit tricky at times. **What problems is Zenbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Makes EDI integration a lot easier.
