Zenbridge made all of our order process mainstream and eliminated all manual work and saving hours of work. The platform is easy to use, the documentation is clear, and the interface is pretty intuitive. We needed a custom connection to help us balance inventory data across a couple of internal tools and a third-party system and they were able to execute this task. We expected a lot of back-and-forth or custom coding, but their team was super responsive, and the platform gave us enough flexibility to make it work without a ton of overhead. Integration You Can Count On — EDI That Delivers

I’ve been working with our EDI/Integration partner ZB -- across a few integration projects with our retail buyers and supply chain partners. Overall, the experience has been consistently solid and dependable, with a team that clearly knows their stuff. Their team is responsive and understands the technical side — whether it’s 850s, 810s, 856s, etc or handling partner-specific requirements.

What’s been especially helpful is their ability to take specs from our trading partners and turn them into working integrations without a lot of back-and-forth. Onboarding new partners is usually pretty smooth, and they’re good at flagging mapping or data issues early before they cause problems downstream.

Turnaround times have generally been solid, even during busier periods, and the team does a good job of keeping us in the loop throughout. When we’ve hit urgent issues — like EDI rejections or unexpected partner changes — they’ve worked with us closely to get things resolved quickly.
