Our systems will emit one clean, semantics-rich JSON object per event, and Zenbridge takes ownership of transforming it into whatever EDI or proprietary format the partner requires. This transfers the custom mapping effort entirely to the integration layer — where it belongs — and means that onboarding a new retailer should no longer require code changes on our side but just configuration. Zenbridge made all of our order process mainstream and eliminated all manual work and saving hours of work. The platform is easy to use, the documentation is clear, and the interface is pretty intuitive. We needed a custom connection to help us balance inventory data across a couple of internal tools and a third-party system and they were able to execute this task. We expected a lot of back-and-forth or custom coding, but their team was super responsive, and the platform gave us enough flexibility to make it work without a ton of overhead.
