Not too much I dislike but I would love to see them expand on their webstore and have more equipment available to purchase that is in stock. Unfortunatly, many itemes we need to ask for a quote and the turn around time gets extended. ZenAdmin allows us to grow and manage our employee IT at a much lower cost than having internal IT or external MSP vendor to manage.
