What do you like best about yocale?

This platform is very user-friendly, with excellent pricing and customer service. The transition and setup process was straightforward. At our company, we use Yocale daily, and it has significantly improved the efficiency of our booking, checkout, and schedule management processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about yocale?

There is currently no POS hardware available, which is inconvenient since many of my clients, who are younger, prefer to pay with their phones and often don't carry their wallets. However, I have been told that this feature will be introduced soon. I would also appreciate it if direct billing for insurance claims could be added as a feature in the future. What do you like best about yocale?

Working with Yocale as a new business owner has made my daily life and tasks so much easier and more efficient. After having an introductory tour with Tigran, the platform, systems and software are super easy to use and learn -- very straight forward. From online booking and scheduling to automated confimation emails and consent forms done for you, so that you can focus on other things in the business. If I ever have a question or need support, the Yocale team is there and are super quick to respond.

I liked how easy the Yocale website operates. The dashboard is easy to use and user friendly as well. the Customer support was also responsive when i needed to setup my account and was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about yocale?

As a small retail business owner, I was looking for a seamless payment processing solution. After researching options, I decided to implement Yocale Pay. So far, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The setup process was quick and straightforward. I was up and running with Yocale Pay in no time.

Yocale Pay's transaction fees are very competitive. The monthly savings compared to my previous processor are noticeable.

Customer service has been extremely responsive. Questions I've had were answered promptly by knowledgeable representatives.

What do you dislike about yocale?

The mobile app is functional but lacks some user-friendly features I'd like to see improved. I've been using Yocale for more than a year. To be honest, I faced a couple of minor glitches like an appointment disappearing from the calendar.

What do you like best about yocale?

Great to have online booking through my website, social media, and google business profile.

Anything that makes it easier for customers to book an appointment is a welcome service, especially for a relatively low price Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about yocale?

There are a lot of things I like about Yocale, but one of the best things is that it makes it very easy to manage appointments. With just a few clicks, I can create and edit appointments, view my calendar, and set up reminders. This is a huge time-saver for me, and it helps me keep on top of my schedule. I would definitely recommend Yocale to anyone who is looking for a scheduling app that is easy to use and has a lot of great features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about yocale?

I didn't dislike anything about Yocale, but I would say that it's not the cheapest scheduling app out there. If you're looking for a free option, there are other apps that might be better suited for you.
