**What do you like best about xSeek?**

What we appreciate most about xSeek is that it tackles a very real and very new problem in a concrete way: brand visibility inside AI systems like Meta AI and other LLM-driven experiences.

Instead of focusing only on traditional SEO metrics, xSeek shifts the conversation to how brands are represented, referenced, and surfaced by AI models. For agencies like ours working with modern digital stacks and AI-driven strategies, this is a refreshing and necessary perspective.

The platform is clear, focused, and aligned with where search and discovery are heading — not where they were five years ago.

**What do you dislike about xSeek?**

Because the AI visibility space is still emerging, some concepts may require education for teams that are less familiar with how LLMs consume and surface information. This isn’t really a flaw of xSeek itself, but more a reflection of how new this market is.

That said, clearer onboarding examples or more educational content could help accelerate understanding for non-technical stakeholders.

**What problems is xSeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

xSeek is solving the growing gap between traditional SEO and AI-driven discovery.

As more users rely on AI assistants and LLMs to get recommendations, summaries, and answers, brands risk becoming invisible if they are not properly understood or referenced by these systems. xSeek helps businesses regain control over how they appear and are mentioned in AI-generated responses, which is becoming critical for growth, credibility, and long-term digital presence.

For us, this means being able to proactively guide clients through the AI transition — not react to it after traffic or visibility drops.

**What do you like best about xSeek?**

I mostly liked tracking brand mentions across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, and other LLMs. To monitors competitor activity and highlights content gaps.
One of my favorite feature is traffic increases and decreases for your pages.

**What do you dislike about xSeek?**

They have advanced features may require some learning for beginners.
Requires also a bit of coding

**What problems is xSeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, we have no way of knowing if our business is being mentioned in LLMs. With xSeek, we can see how many times per day AI models are viewing our pages. If there’s a drop in traffic, we get alerted so we can take action to improve our content.
