I think the most helpful thing about WPForms is the integrations and the other 3rd party apps it supports. I believe that being able to use automations, to have smart fields and conditional forms is definitely one of the best uses for my website. I t is also highly customizable and because of this I am sure I will use it for the next year as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I believe that the use of conditional formatting is still not used at its full potential and calendar/date options are still hard to customize. Also, more integrations with 3rd party apps would be great for PRO users. And there is the thing that you still need to update to a higher tier to access some functions - I agree with giving these customers this kind of access but in time to give acces to the other paying customers on higher tier too. We were an early adopter of WP Forms in 2018. Although we have experimented with other event registration plugins, we always come back to WP forms because of its simplicity of use and the fact that they always are improving on what they have. Would recommend it to anyone that schedules events or classes. It integrates seamlessly with Stripe and other payment platforms. I'm a total tech novice and found it to be the easiest program I've used. The pricing is reasonable for a start up and offers the basic features needed. Over time, we've purchased many of the add-ons we need to be effective, but again, the pricing is more than reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only improvement I would recommend is adding a calendar integration add-on that would could be embedded on a website page. Right now I do a lot of cutting and pasting of urls to make it look right on our website. Would love a more robust questionnaire add-on to make it possible to develop assessments for our students (something like a typeform) and would love a really easy to use and integrate member directory add-on. Haven't found one that plays well with WP Forms. Those are all dream items, but any opportunity to add them would be appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Conditions capabilities. This allowed me to avoid other paid plugins that I can do with WP Forms.

The most helpful feature isn't really even a feature. I'm referring to the user interface. It is clean, uncluttered, and highly intuitive. I have been using WPForms for a while and what I like about the extension is that it is easy to use. You can do a lot with the free version, but a whole world of new possibilities opens up with the paying version.

Creating templates is super easy and if you get stuck, the support provides quick help. If I ask a question, I have an answer pretty quickly in place.

I first started creating websites in 1999. From that period to now, I’ve not had the need for any kind of fill-in forms. I would typically create an on-line pdf and call that good, or just include an email contact link. However, I recently changed to WordPress as my default design tool and finally discovered an easy to use on-line form building plugin.

After completing a WPForm, I was having difficulty in getting the form to be delivered. After contacting the support team at WPForms, I found out the issue was due to the SMTP application and an incorrect port assignment “I had entered.”

It's times like this where you really appreciate the quality support from the developers of the plugin you're using. The support team at WPForms worked with me every step of the way until the issue was resolved.
