It's the best blend between "ease of use" and POWERFUL features to handle all of your forms needs. I've tried nearly all of the other form plugins out there and I'll never use anything else again. I especially like how easy it is to integrate with Stripe and Paypal payment providers. I had a situation today where I had to edit 8 different payment options for a client (for both online AND offline ordering) and it took me 10 minutes to do the task. We've all been there, struggling with forms that are a pain to work with. They're tricky to customize, don't have the features you need, and add frustration for something that should be easy. WPForms is the stable, powerful, and easy-to use form builder that we all deserve! I've been an 'Elite' agency user of this wonderful tool for several years. There is not much that stands out as something I dislike. It is easy to install and integrate into a website. It works logically and is loaded with features without having to learn a whole new platform. I'm able to easily customize anything I need it to do or how it looks and feels without much additional knowledge. I love the selection of the various templates and how easy they are to format and design. the drag and drop style makes it easy for anyone of any skill set to use. I created various surveys, password reset forms and employee review forms for our company's website and managed to finish them all in one day. There isn't too much to dislike about WPForms, other than its export style. I wish there was a way to export all form entries to a PDF but alas, there is not. If that was possible, I think WPForms would be perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The default styling of the form is very nice and applicable to many common website styles, unlike some other form plugins. If you want to customize certain parts, the clear class hierarchy makes adjusting things easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There could be even more features to the pricing system — for example, being able to have product quantities etc. and multiple products that are linked to the total price. It was a bit tricky to get the email notifications to work, but the support was helpful and once I had the correct documentation I was able to set it up. I am struggling with the fact that to get the form email notifications to work, you have to have a mailer company - at which point, you could just use the form embed code from the mailer company.
