This makes it a great solution for small brochure-style websites for our clients that do not require larger, more complex projects. It is easy to use, flexible and works great with their SMTP plugin to provide great email deliverability. Community support is great too. I don't know about their paid support as I have yet to use it, but I assume it would be good. They are a company with a solid reputation. **What do you dislike about WPForms?** The price. The website offers a discount, but after that, the price is nearly double the "leading" form plugin. It is also not as easy to implement custom solutions, however, I do believe that they now offer webhooks, which would make it much easier. It is not supported as much by third parties as some of the other form plugins, but that is of no fault of their own. **Recommendations to others considering WPForms:** Consider the price. I know that most of the time the website shows a large discount, so it may be a marketing ploy and the price really is that discount, but if not, the price goes up to nearly double what the competition offers. Also, if you are looking to integrate a piece of software with this plugin, make sure that there is an add-on available within WPForms, or make sure that the third-party platform that you are using offers integration with it. There is one major leader in the form plugin vertical that almost everybody builds an integration with because of its market share. **What problems is WPForms solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use WPForms for our website clients that do not need large, complex form solutions. Most form plugins are expensive, and if you just need a basic contact form, then WPForms is a great solution. We use it with their SMTP plugin seamlessly to ensure email deliverability. It has proven to be an easy, straightforward solution to our clients, and a couple of them have found a need for more complex forms that required them to purchase a license. ### 3. With the pro version tracking entries you can forget worrying about messages being blocked or put in spam folders, the entries are saved so you can log in and view them, export them, etc... The built in captcha is effective and the payment features work well. **What do you dislike about WPForms?** WPForms is not cheap, we offer the pro version as an upgrade for our clients, when they have a need for its features they always go for the extra cost. I wish you could do more to customize the look of the forms. **Recommendations to others considering WPForms:** Buy the pro licenses in packs if you're administering multiple sites. Remember that after year 1 your price will increase. Use the custom captcha to avoid spam responses. Search for plugins that allow customization of the design, they are 3rd party plugins, but help to blend the form in to your page design. **What problems is WPForms solving and how is that benefiting you?** By using the "entries" tracking we help our clients avoid concerns about blocking/spam filtering of email submissions and allowing multiple users to access the entries. I also find the customer journey insights really valuable, being able to see the visitors flow through the website prior to submitting the form. This helps understand their motives and what got them to fill out the form! Another feature my team uses frequently is the "file upload". We host photo contests with our customers every so often, and this gives us a neat and organized way for our customers to submit photos to us, and it keeps the results nice and organized so you don't need to do anything! Everything is so easy to build and find with the beautiful User Interface. There is a very minimal learning curve, especially compared to other form plugins. This form plugin truly "does it all" and it makes it easy! **What do you dislike about WPForms?** There is nothing to dislike about the functionality you get out of this plugin. The only thing I wish there was more of would be more native styling within the plugin. In the end though, not a deal breaker. **Recommendations to others considering WPForms:** Definitely install it and give it a shot! It doesn't need to just be a contact info/lead generator. You can really get creative which what you collect with it! **What problems is WPForms solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to directly connect the form results to our CRM platforms which helps to reduce duplication and repeating efforts. It also helped us solve our customer photo submissions. Instead of having customers email us their photos which at times compresses the image quality and is just a hassle overall, now they can just click the link in our post and fill out their name, company name, email, and attach their photos. It keeps the results nice and organized as well when we go to pick a winner! ### 25.
