The user interface of all packages is straightforward to understand, and the software is super quick. **What do you dislike about Work Metrics?** The Compliance Training and the Contractor Compliance Management could have more comprehensive material. Can not rely entirely on the material provided in the software for the training. Some additional help is required. It will be better if more languages are added to this module. **What problems is Work Metrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can ensure the safety of my organization with Safety Inductions, Incident Report Templates, Hazard Reporting, and Injury Management System.
