What do you like best about Wisp by Apex42?

Very user-friendly. Easy to add and remove occupants from the floor plans. Good for tracking special furniture such as sit-to-stand desks as well as cube and office port numbers for IT use. Makes it easy for WFH staff to view floor plans, reserve, check in and check out of Hoteling Stations when they need to work in the office.

Love the employee "SSO" (single sign-on) which uses employee 3-4 ID to automatically sign in without the need of a password to view floor plans and reserve a Hoteling Cube. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wisp by Apex42?

The system doesn't automatically delete users from the system that are no longer coming over on the import and we have to do that manually. These are normally colleagues that are no longer employed with our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wisp by Apex42?

I like that Wisp is easy to use and easy to promote to my co-associate users. Wisp is our go-to place for all things related to our corporate facility. It helps my team and I stay organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wisp by Apex42?

We use Wisp heavily to help us manage our Service Requests. It would be nice to have a mobile app that could be used in the field. It would also be nice to be able to access Service request history from the Service Request menu versus generating archival data reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wisp by Apex42?

The colorizers, floorplan layout, and the icons. I like the flow of the quick requests and appreciate the scenarios. Still learning the software but overall I have to say it works well and provides the needed function that we are looking for. Thank you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wisp by Apex42?

Only issue is turnaround on tickets sometimes. Wish there was a way to prioritize the tickets. With immediate, normal, or low priority. I have some that need to be completed quickly, others are just preferences so they can take a few weeks. I know some would potentially abuse this but in my case I would only need to immediate some from time to time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wisp by Apex42?

Takes complex and the to exceptionally simple to navigate and use. A number of default reports available. Very legible format. Support team is FANTASTIC. Joe Gleason and the CAD team made implementation a breeze to navigate with our internal stakeholders. Every Wisp support member we've worked with is very knowledgable about the software, its capabilities, and how to get us the best utility out of and visibility into the data we're seeking. What do you dislike about Wisp by Apex42?

Truthfully, I haven't noticed any challenges so far. Can't wait to see what other functionality might be implemented over time - perhaps occupant entries might become linkable in some of the other views (i.e. the Directory)? Love what we've seen so far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wisp by Apex42?

The link between staff names and their locations that are automatic in the software. The software provides a complete list for the department that doesn't exist elsewhere since City employees and contractor employees are separated. What do you dislike about Wisp by Apex42?

Some of the rules for input discourage input to the database. Certain words and scenarios are blocked by the software which are not logical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wisp by Apex42?

I schedule all moves, adds, vacates on our campus and wisp request system makes it much easier to monitor and maintain all events in one place

i also appreciate the ease of adding and subtracting the items that we use to make it more user friendly

What do you dislike about Wisp by Apex42?

from my use - i wish i was able to customize easier - but i get that some of the items need to be turned on and aren't included in the standard package or are add ons Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scenario building has limited functionality -can't work on multiple floors, when moving someone to another floor must remove them from current floor and add to new

Inability to book multiple days for reservations

Admin experience - lots of back and forth with keyboard/mouse, inability to tab thru fields on certain screens

What do you like best about Wisp by Apex42?

It is extremely user friendly. I find that I am often able to figure things out completely on my own, and I love that you can change the floorplan view depending on what you need via the layers function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think it would be quicker to have a homepage section where you can customize it/pin what you want to see, so that it shows up as soon as you log in and not have to go through a ton of clicks to get there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
