Easy to add and remove occupants from the floor plans. Good for tracking special furniture such as sit-to-stand desks as well as cube and office port numbers for IT use. Makes it easy for WFH staff to view floor plans, reserve, check in and check out of Hoteling Stations when they need to work in the office. Love the employee "SSO" (single sign-on) which uses employee 3-4 ID to automatically sign in without the need of a password to view floor plans and reserve a Hoteling Cube. **What do you dislike about Wisp by Apex42?** The system doesn't automatically delete users from the system that are no longer coming over on the import and we have to do that manually. These are normally colleagues that are no longer employed with our company. **What problems is Wisp by Apex42 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gensler made our employee hoteling process much more user-friendly as we were using outlook to reserve cubes. Wisp is our go-to place for all things related to our corporate facility. It helps my team and I stay organized. **What do you dislike about Wisp by Apex42?** We use Wisp heavily to help us manage our Service Requests. It would be nice to have a mobile app that could be used in the field. It would also be nice to be able to access Service request history from the Service Request menu versus generating archival data reports. **What problems is Wisp by Apex42 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Monthly employee data updates. I like the flow of the quick requests and appreciate the scenarios. Still learning the software but overall I have to say it works well and provides the needed function that we are looking for. Thank you. **What do you dislike about Wisp by Apex42?** Only issue is turnaround on tickets sometimes. Wish there was a way to prioritize the tickets. With immediate, normal, or low priority. I have some that need to be completed quickly, others are just preferences so they can take a few weeks. I know some would potentially abuse this but in my case I would only need to immediate some from time to time. **What problems is Wisp by Apex42 solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest issue is our space planning. This solves the biggest issue we had. A number of default reports available. Very legible format. Support team is FANTASTIC. Joe Gleason and the CAD team made implementation a breeze to navigate with our internal stakeholders. Every Wisp support member we've worked with is very knowledgable about the software, its capabilities, and how to get us the best utility out of and visibility into the data we're seeking. Wisp has transformed our ability to make data-driven decisions on space. **What do you dislike about Wisp by Apex42?** Truthfully, I haven't noticed any challenges so far. Can't wait to see what other functionality might be implemented over time - perhaps occupant entries might become linkable in some of the other views (i.e. the Directory)? Love what we've seen so far! **What problems is Wisp by Apex42 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have greater visibility into where our workforce is sitting and a realistic view into available seating/square footage. The software provides a complete list for the department that doesn't exist elsewhere since City employees and contractor employees are separated. The software is also easy to update periodically to keep the space use up to date. **What do you dislike about Wisp by Apex42?** Some of the rules for input discourage input to the database. Certain words and scenarios are blocked by the software which are not logical. **Recommendations to others considering Wisp by Apex42:** Compare ease of updates and ease of obtaining plans and maps of used space, WISP is very user friendly **What problems is Wisp by Apex42 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing space for employees and planning for future expansion or consolidation, whichever is required. I love everything about it! I also love the people who helped us along the way, ESPECIALLY Joe Gleason and Ellen Kertis. We could NOT have been successful without them! **What do you dislike about Wisp by Apex42?** Was surprised that the report we needed couldn't be done... literally just needed to add occupants names and we had to have a specialized report done for an extra fee. It took forever! It is extremely customizable which makes it super user-friendly. The UI is very easy to understand. On top of that, they have a great team of advisors who are always ready to help in time of need. It helps a lot to keep a track of vacant offices and seats. No more pdf files or powerpoints with name boxes to move around. WISP handles it all from assisting in importing your data to drawing your floorplans. No more need to have a drawing expert on your staff just to manage floor plans. The reports, the standardized floor plans, and the colorizing of different layers makes decision making so easy. Seeing boundaries of business units on floorplans as well as downloading ready-made reports to track SF's, Occupancy, Vacancy from building to floor level detail has been the most common & useful information provided to our users. From an Administrator point of view, there are so many more features and data points that we use and track. The tool is easy to use and it is integrated into other company systems. **What do you dislike about Wisp by Apex42?** One of our offices was using a stacking feature that was removed recently, but hopefully Wisp will bring it back in the future. Other than that, there is nothing I would consider a con. **What problems is Wisp by Apex42 solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been a Wisp user for many, many years. I have not used any other tool to compare with, but I have always been a satisfied customer. The constant improvement of Wisp and added features over the years have been fantastic.
