**What do you like best about Wiser Sales Intelligence?**

Wiser updates our CRM with information from online meetings and phone conversations dynamically, saving our team on the front lines hours of time every week. Wiser syncs to many objects such as the lead, contact, account and opportunity in Salesforce

Cory and the team also provided us white-glove onboarding service and we had constant touchpoints to make sure we were cared for during our onboarding. Would highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Wiser Sales Intelligence?**

When filtering for calls the layout and ease of use isn't the easiest but still works well

**What problems is Wiser Sales Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiser dynamically updates the CRM given conversation history from a recorded call. Wiser also is very helpful with conversation intelligence, I record my internal meetings on there and I can revisit them and make sure I have scope on everything I need thanks to Wiser's AI responses.

Wiser has completely streamlined our call review and coaching process. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to find, filter, and analyze calls. I especially appreciate how it highlights key moments in conversations, making coaching more targeted and efficient. The ability to tag, comment, and share specific sections of calls with the team has significantly improved collaboration and feedback cycles.

Honestly, I haven't encountered any downsides so far. Wiser has consistently met—and even exceeded—our expectations in terms of functionality, usability, and impact on sales enablement.

**What problems is Wiser Sales Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiser is solving the challenge of inefficient and inconsistent call reviews. Before using it, we relied heavily on manual processes to listen, take notes, and coach—often leading to missed insights and slow feedback loops. With Wiser, we can quickly pinpoint skill gaps, identify patterns across calls, and deliver timely, actionable coaching. It’s also helped us standardize how we evaluate discovery and intro calls, which has improved alignment across our sales team and contributed to faster ramp-up times and stronger performance overall.

Nothing. Incredibly easy to use and fast to get set up. Highly recommend if you're looking to arm your reps with superpowers.

Wiser records all our calls so we can focus on the prospect and conversation and not taking notes. Streamlines followups and executive summaries post call and aids in account research for prospecting.

Wiser streamlines my coaching efforts, letting me review meetings and pipeline in just 1/5th of the time it used to take.

Since its deployment, WiserAI has been a game changer for our team.

It’s made the process smoother for our BDMs by offering structured prompts and valuable insights before each call. This not only helps them better understand the clients they’re engaging with but also gives them the edge to approach each conversation strategically. The result is a more confident and prepared team, with a clearer understanding of the deals they are working on.

Wiser shines by allowing us to provide actionable prompts based on each interaction, eliminating the need for me to manually sift through data. This real-time insight allows us to identify areas of improvement in BDM performance and ensure that no key information is overlooked. Previously, reviewing each interaction was a bit of a pain, and as an individual, I was unable to manually keep up with all the calls and the key details. 

Now, with WiserAI, I have a clear, real-time overview, which helps us spot errors and improve the accuracy of our reviews.
What’s more, WiserAI has helped us streamline our follow-up process, creating consistency across all BDMs and ensuring that each client interaction is handled with the same level of care.

**What do you dislike about Wiser Sales Intelligence?**

I do not have notable issues with Wiser. The only thing that felt tedious at first was developing the prompts you intended to deploy. However, the Wiser team was quite helpful in handling this, and once the prompts were operational, the procedure became much easier. 

Another minor problem was creating and defining the search parameters, although this was due to my learning curve rather than the software. However, once everything is in place, everything runs smoothly and the program becomes quite simple to use.

Wiser tackles the issue of time-consuming manual review processes. It streamlines our ability to monitor meetings and pipeline activities, reducing the time required by 80%. It also offers real-time insights and actionable suggestions, making it easier to discover areas for improvement in BDM performance and ensuring that no critical information is overlooked. This helps me focus on strategy, boost team productivity, and guarantee that client interactions are handled consistently and carefully."

**What do you like best about Wiser Sales Intelligence?**

With Wiser’s revenue intelligence, my team collaborates on complex deals, tracking decision details and conversations in one place. It saves me over 10 hours per week I’d otherwise spend digging through transcripts – it’s a game changer for us. More than that, my sales team is able to reference previous calls to uncover areas of opportunity for further discovery, which allows them to tighten their pipeline control, and it aligns us on deal stages without the need for constant updates from them directly. My team loves using this tool as well.

**What do you dislike about Wiser Sales Intelligence?**

No downside for us--as a new company, Wiser continues to improve its offerings and interface, and I'm able to get immediate support to understand how changes I make affect our CRM instance, slack updates, wiser account tracking, and executive summaries & reviews.

The tool gives me easy access to the insights I need about conversations, allowing me to tailor my coaching effectively and pinpoint the opportunities for improvement and control related to deals in progress.

I'm able to get automatic summaries of sales calls that pop right up into slack. This allows me to keep up to date without having to bug the participants. In addition, if I have questions I can simply listen to the call at 1.5x speed to get caught up fast. Super handy.

**What do you dislike about Wiser Sales Intelligence?**

Some of the searching within the call database could be improved, however I may just need to spend a bit more time with it to make sure I understand how it works.

Managing a remote team, keeping up to date on different opportunities, including my own.

Wiser is not just a call recorder. It helps us improve deal visibility and sales velocity by connecting critical dots between call performance and revenue, while cutting the time it takes our managers to review deals for coachable moments by 80%. The API and the speed of their development has been top notch.

It is a new solution so they don't have evey detail we want. But the team does move 5x faster than any other provider we've used iterating their platform. They're building a platform we feel confident in investing in.

The UI could use some refinement to make navigation even more intuitive, but the team at Wiser is incredibly responsive and iterates quickly. We’ve already seen significant improvements, and we’re confident they’ll continue to enhance the platform over time.

Wiser is functionally a sales assistant thats an expert in all your accounts. It does research, surfaces important info, and answers questions such as "based on all the calls we've had with Customer X, what might our product's top 3 value propositions be to discuss with our champion?" 

Or "which products should we demo to Mr Customer Engineer on our call next week?"

Highly extensible yet laser focused on usability for AE/SE/CSM users.

**What do you dislike about Wiser Sales Intelligence?**

Still some rough edges but these are all minor usability issues that are being quickly worked out.

**What problems is Wiser Sales Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wiser takes notes on calls but is a central source of knowledge about each account. Most importantly, that knowledge is structured around our sales process and our sales team's needs.

Wiser makes account research easier and so much faster by compiling data sources into one place. The call recording and note taking allows me to be more engaged on calls and makes follow up summaries easy to compile and send. The team is super responsive for questions and troubleshooting if something comes up.

The platform has so much rich data so the UI can be tough to navigate but once you become familiar with the product, it's pretty intuitive.

Wiser saves me several hours per week on both account research and planning, as well as documenation and staying on top of all of my deals in flight.

Previously, essential account and deal information often got lost in our customer conversations. Coupled with improved accessibility of our customer data before meetings... Wiser is a game changer, and we all use it multiple times daily. The team is insanley easy to work with, and got us started vey quickly.
