What do you like best about Wiser Sales Intelligence?

Wiser updates our CRM with information from online meetings and phone conversations dynamically, saving our team on the front lines hours of time every week. Wiser syncs to many objects such as the lead, contact, account and opportunity in Salesforce

What do you like best about Wiser Sales Intelligence?

Wiser streamlines my coaching efforts, letting me review meetings and pipeline in just 1/5th of the time it used to take.

Since its deployment, WiserAI has been a game changer for our team.

It’s made the process smoother for our BDMs by offering structured prompts and valuable insights before each call. This not only helps them better understand the clients they’re engaging with but also gives them the edge to approach each conversation strategically. The result is a more confident and prepared team, with a clearer understanding of the deals they are working on.

Wiser shines by allowing us to provide actionable prompts based on each interaction, eliminating the need for me to manually sift through data. This real-time insight allows us to identify areas of improvement in BDM performance and ensure that no key information is overlooked. Previously, reviewing each interaction was a bit of a pain, and as an individual, I was unable to manually keep up with all the calls and the key details.

What do you dislike about Wiser Sales Intelligence?

I do not have notable issues with Wiser. The only thing that felt tedious at first was developing the prompts you intended to deploy. However, the Wiser team was quite helpful in handling this, and once the prompts were operational, the procedure became much easier.

Another minor problem was creating and defining the search parameters, although this was due to my learning curve rather than the software. However, once everything is in place, everything runs smoothly and the program becomes quite simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Wiser’s revenue intelligence, my team collaborates on complex deals, tracking decision details and conversations in one place. It saves me over 10 hours per week I’d otherwise spend digging through transcripts – it’s a game changer for us. More than that, my sales team is able to reference previous calls to uncover areas of opportunity for further discovery, which allows them to tighten their pipeline control, and it aligns us on deal stages without the need for constant updates from them directly. What do you dislike about Wiser Sales Intelligence?

No downside for us--as a new company, Wiser continues to improve its offerings and interface, and I'm able to get immediate support to understand how changes I make affect our CRM instance, slack updates, wiser account tracking, and executive summaries & reviews. What do you like best about Wiser Sales Intelligence?

I'm able to get automatic summaries of sales calls that pop right up into slack. This allows me to keep up to date without having to bug the participants.
