But I think that is not a reason; there are many other options in the market at a similar price that do the same. The support team is good. **What do you dislike about Wild Mail?** Things do not work as they are supposed to on a technical level, especially at an advanced level. I am a marketing automation and CRM consultant. And I work with almost all the software on the market. Wildmail is the only tool that has made me LOSE clients (on 3 occasions). But Wildmail is so bad that I ACTIVELY AVOID recommending Wildmail. I have only worked with Wildmail if the client insists too much and I can't convince them of their mistake, and each time it has been a nightmare. For example, they have workflows that should activate when a contact replies to an email. Well, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It's not reliable. Another example, audiences are supposed to connect with Facebook and take information from the pixel. Well, this works when it wants to. Another example, depending on the software you use on your website, sometimes the forms work, sometimes they don't, they don't capture the information and do nothing. So you think no one is filling out your forms and that your campaign isn't working, but then when you analyze the problem on a technical level, it's the form. It has integrations with many other tools. But they also cause more errors than they help. **What problems is Wild Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Email Marketing ### 2. Everything it's fine. They also include a consulting call to answer questions and help you. **Recommendations to others considering Wild Mail:** If you are wondering how to build an automated sales funnel in your business and which tool is the best one, then Wild Mail is the correct answer.
