What do you like best about Wicked Reports?

We can see the effect of our ads using multiple attribution models. We also have a longer sales cycle so we can track our users longer than the ad platforms can. Wicked also has a ton of tools besides just ROI measurement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wicked Reports?

"Attribution Data that Gives More/Different Insights than First-Party Data Alone"
What do you like best about Wicked Reports?

I get to choose attribution models that make sense for the campaigns I'm running and I can vary it even within channels. For instance - a Search campaign in Google should be rated differently than a Reach campaign, and using Wicked I get to choose the data I use to evaluate success. Over the period we have been using Wicked, their support has gotten a TON better too. They communicate issues more clearly and allow us to schedule meetings to discuss questions with folx who can help answer our questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wicked Reports?

Occasionally, we have issues having our data processed in a timely fashion. When you use the data every day, it's important to be able to rely on a schedule to run reports and deliver data to a team. The limitations of their API also make automation challenging (at least the way we use their data - they do have a lot of columns available via their API, just not some specific ones that are super important to us -- specifically first and last click date). What do you like best about Wicked Reports?

I really like that you can track longer than the standard 7 to 30 day attribution options available in the marketing channels. There are a lot of great features, but that's the top. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wicked Reports?

The user experience isn't the best, it can be pretty clunky and,not necessarily hard, but frustrating to navigate, dive deeper, and look around. It also takes forever to load. Maybe that's just me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A measurement approach/methodology that makes sense

Good selection of 5 single-touch and 2 multi-touch attribution models

Independent 1st party tool that does not have any ad platform bias

What do you like best about Wicked Reports?

First click and full impact attribution. I know what my ads are doing for us better with wicked than with facebook. Spefically when it comes to top of funnel ads Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wicked Reports?

Some of their other tools are clunky and hard to understand. Their customer service wasn't great for my onboarding. The lady had no idea about anything.

Additionally- i think they can really improve their lifetime value tracking. Lifetimely is much better than theirs and it's only $50 a month and wicked is $1,000 a month. Yikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
