We have had an excellent experience with Whispli. The system is outstanding - intuitive, user-friendly, and truly does exactly what it’s meant to do. It makes whistleblowing management simple, clear, and efficient, which is incredibly valuable for our organization.

In addition, our client manager, Thibault, has been absolutely amazing. His support, patience, and guidance throughout the entire process were exceptional, and I genuinely appreciate the time and care he invested in helping us every step of the way.

There is no doubt that we highly recommend Whispli to any company looking for a reliable, professional whistleblower system. Outstanding service and a fantastic platform.

**What do you like best about Whispli?**

Whispli is a tool that is above all intuitive, ergonomic, very easy to use and implement. Its features are comprehensive and comply with regulations such as the GDPR, the French Waserman law, and the European directive on whistleblowers. The integration was carried out extremely smoothly thanks to the teams and their flawless responsiveness and adaptability, despite tight deadlines.

Honestly, nothing to report: everything was appreciated, from the use to the features, it is a pleasant tool to use and facilitates the management of our alerts on a daily basis.

**What problems is Whispli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whispli facilitates secure and anonymous reporting, it improves our company's compliance and strengthens the trust of employees and our partners through simple and effective alert management. It allows us to meet our ever-evolving legal obligations, to centralize and archive all the elements expected by the authorities. Thanks to this tool, our alert system has become extremely effective and could not have been so without Whispli!

The customer support's responsiveness and flexibility was amazing, we set up and integrated everything within a few working days. The platform itself is really simple and easy to use, for the managers as for the employees.

Well organized, structured application
Easy way of reporting through the channel itself
Very hands-on customer support to urgent requests
Useful ways of handling reports (workflows, automations etc.)

It is not possible to send MS Teams invites / organize meetings via an additional feature which would make the handling / coordination easier (one communication channel).
Contributors like guest users have no (limited / invitation links not working) access to reports (leads to additional work-arounds). 
Reporters who did not create an Whispli-account sometimes forget their log-in code to access their Whispli reports which makes the follow up communication complex or basically impossible.

Whispli supports us in handling HR complaints across the globe.

Pragmatism of the solution and the overall sense of customer sercice of the entire implementation team.  The solution evolves really well and rapidly and the solution is so friendly and intituitive that we are able to deal with it on our own.  Also, the implementation lead time was very short a smooth integration happened with our active directory.

I haven't noticed any downside so far although we are using it for a year now

Whispli allows full confidentiality, full reporting and a multi channels solution.  It allows collaboration on alerts cross functionally in a very easy manner

Our experience with Whispli has been exceptional. The Customer Success Manager was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, providing excellent suggestions for our implementation team. When we encountered a hurdle late in the process, our Customer Success Manager pulled his team together to help us expedite through our issues and connect the right leaders on all sides of the issue.

Nearly six months after implementation, we continue to meet regularly to review any issues and discuss program improvements. Both our Customer Success Manager and our Business Development Manager have remained engaged with us and are always available for questions. Their ongoing support and dedication of our Whispli team have been invaluable to our success.

There is nothing we are unhappy about with Whispli

Our previous hotline did not have good support and was not transparent with upgrades and pricing levels.

We have just implemented Whispli so still early days, but the implementation has been very easy, and we've been supported by a fantastic implementation consultant throughout. Urmila is a credit to the Whispli team. 
The software is easy to use, has several useful features and we're looking forward to seeing how this benefits the organisation.

There are 1/2 bugs that are in the process of being fixed, so it will be even better when these are resolved.

Whispli set up is very intuitive and easy to understand. 
The tools allows to the whistleblower to be fully anonymous if they wish so and several channels (external, internal...) can be made up.
The tool also offers a wide range of features very useful for the case management part. 
Reporting features and API are available

Moreover, we have been very well accompanied by our CSM and the integration was quickly done
The company tries hard to gather customers together and adapt the roadmap according to their customer needs.

Still a young firm but working hard to improve the product

Having an anonymouse reporting channel  is critical to empowering people to report suspected misconduct or inappropriate behaviour without fear of retaliation, safely and confidentially.

It is very easy to use, it allows anonymity to be preserved and it guarantees confidentiality! There is an App too.
The Customer Success Implementation team was  and is always available to meet all our needs as Clients.

If the whistleblower is anonymous, there is a code in the communication that must be stored and not be forgotten. But it cannot be avoided it we want to guarantee and assure anonymity.

- Tool very easy to use: smooth and seamless implementation
- Great support provided during all our journey (from the questionnaires creation to the training to our team members)
- High level of security in order to make sure there will be no confidentiality breaches (including the use of workflow to monitor the risks of conflict of interests)
- The platform is very customisable to the needs of any company and industry

Overall, I would highly recommend Whispli  to any business looking for an easy-to-use and secure solution for their needs.

We haven’t experienced any issues as of now. Whispli is continuously evolving to meet the expectations of its clients.

**What problems is Whispli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've launched the initiative of implementing a new whistleblowing ("WB") platform in which employees or stakeholders (clients, suppliers, partners...) can report any potential violations or misconduct while ensuring anonymity and protection from retaliation. 

Having a dedicated tool will provide:
- Transparency which can help to build trust between management and employees, as well as promote a culture of accountability.
- Protects our team members as the WB platforms offer protection to employees who may fear retaliation for reporting misconduct. By providing a safe and confidential means to report, our team members are more likely to come forward with information that can help to prevent harm or loss.
- Increases detection of wrongdoing and helps to identify issues that may not otherwise come to light. This will help us take actions to prevent harm, improve processes, and protect our image/reputation.
- Demonstrates ethical leadership and an openness to feedback and constructive criticism (which could improve our reputation and attract customers, investors, and team members who value ethical behavior).
and last but not least: compliance with regulations (e.g. FCPA, Spain II, UK anti-bribery act...) and avoid penalties or legal action.

I am particularly impressed with Whispli for several reasons. Secondly, the accessibility of Whispli is commendable, as its quick implementation and onboarding process saves time. The team is very quick to respond as well to any questions we have. As of now, I have no major complaints about the platform. Whispli is very receptive to customer expectations and of things we would like to see in the future.

Whispli is an application that allows us to ensure the confidentiality and anonymity of whistleblowers. Similarly, with its interface, it enables us to efficiently manage the alerts received.

**What do you dislike about Whispli?**

As of today, we do not have enough perspective to say what we do not like about Whispli. The interactions we had with Sarah were very smooth. There is a clear desire to do well and a certain expertise!

**What problems is Whispli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Whispli application allows us to comply with the Waserman law by ensuring anonymity, which is not easy when using an email address. The alerts received being multichannel, multilingual, and easy to perform are an advantage. The existence of easily accessible KPIs, the ability to collaborate or assign cases between administrators is a huge plus.

The onboarding and the implementation of the platform have been very smooth. I did appreciate the support from our account manager, Jevorn, who provided Tips and constant support during the implementation period.

Nothing so far and that was due to the support from our account manager.

Whispli will be a great platform to enable the team members to raise concerns or ask questions. The platform is easy to use and easy to set up, providing users a great experience while feeling safe to raise concerns.

nothing significant: configuration phases that sometimes require complex reflections beforehand and having a discussion thread in the same place for exchanges with the whistleblower and between managers. (you must activate a button to correspond in the right discussion --> risk of mixing conversations)

The system is so straightforward and easy to use. However, if I ever have a question the team is so accessible and knowledgeable and happy to help. After using several very complicated systems, this by far has been the best to use.

Whispli is changing the way the business world does anonymous reporting; we adopted it for AML Suspicious activity reporting for our global offices. It benefited us because the product is very flexible and the team is very responsive and supportive to work with.

Whispli provides a great platform that promotes whistleblower engagement. Including ongoing communication with the reporter, and easy-to-use tools for them. The platform is configurable to meet the requirements of each organisation to determine how best to manage whistleblowing in their organisation.

**What do you dislike about Whispli?**

The UI on the case manager view could be improved to improve the investigator experience, however, Whipli is actively working on really encouraging improvements.

**What problems is Whispli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whispli provides the solution for dealing with Whistleblowing concerns; including initial report (through an online portal and telephone hotline), ongoing communication with the reporter, case management of each incident, and analysis of data from the incidents. This is across all our international jurisdictions and is configurable for each area, and the specific laws that impact those areas.

The Whispli platform is very user-friendly and intuitive for both Case Managers and Informants. The Whispli support team is super friendly and always available to help as needed. Great experience so far and glad we decided to go for Whispli.

The Whispli platform can be very slow at times, and thus, it can take some time when, for example, reviewing multiple cases. It would also be great if there were a Case Manager Mobile App.

Enabling a safe and anonymous speak-up culture that provides all employees with an easily accessable space to share information. The Case Management team can work collaboratively on investigations to ensure swift resolutions.

The communication with Whispli has been clear and transparent from the start. The team is dynamic and understands the needs of its clients. There is no commercial trick or misunderstood on the expectations. Whispli offers relevant solutions and is able to update their product roadmap to take into account specific requests that are essential to their clients.
I have had the opportunity to implement this type of tool in the past and this is the first time I have worked with a partner who knows how to turn this sensitive subject into an opportunity.
The platform is clear, modern and easy to use.

Not having known and implemented Whispli earlier.

By understanding the psychology of whistleblowers and the difficulties that can arise in the course of an investigation, Whispli helps to remove barriers to the detection of unethical behavior or wrongdoings.
In addition to the clear and easy-to-use interface, the platform is also available on smartphones. This allows both the whistleblower and the company to interact continously and effectively.
The guarantees provided in terms of investigation management, confidentiality, security and audit trail are strong and reassuring.

Their mobile app is very intuitive and we have had great engagement with our employees. 
The Case Management is extremely configurable and overall the experience has been second to none
The fact that employees respond anonymously is great to gather honest feedback and you have the option to engage in anonymous discussions with all or selected survey respondents to gather more information on their initial answers

**What do you dislike about Whispli?**

Whispli is working on the option to send monthly/quarterly questions so you can track the evolution of the morale of your employees
For the 1st survey, Whispli CSM assisted me (as administrator and CEO) to set up the first questions and with the messaging to employees, ideally you would like this on boarding to be done as a self-serve and more tutorials on the platform but I understand that these tutorials are in the making for Whispli Pulse

Socialise the solution with your employees at town hall or team meetings so that they understand the fact that they will remain anonymous, they will be able to report issues when/if they arise and why it is important they share their insights through Whispli Pulse

We use Whispli to survey our employees about their happiness at work, how they buy into our company vision and values as well as a whistleblower if they live or see anything wrong. It s a great way to engage meaningful discussions with our team members and for them to know that their voice count

Ability to easily design forms, manage workflow and create reporting.  The platform is easy to use and we didn't need extensive training. The platform is extremely flexible,  easy to customize and we were given support from Whispli throughout this process.

I think the UI is very clean but there are always little tweaks that can be done. I've found Whispli is very open and happy to talk about this.

I don't know what to answer here as it is a very convenient app. It needs to be connected to the internet to record something. Whisply could create an offline version in order to let the user use it whenever he wants.

Whispli is configurable directly by the client, which allows focusing exchanges with the Whispli teams on new features or on resolving (rare) anomalies. It is also possible to entrust the configuration to support if a company wishes. The number of alert lines is not limited, and the means of reporting are diverse. Automations allow for automatically assigning a report to a person, sending an automatic response. Anonymization and archiving solution over multiple durations to comply with all laws. Management of personal data in compliance with GDPR.

The product meets our expectations, and Whispli is open to its evolution when a need is raised by several clients.

The possibility of having a unique internal and external alert solution in multiple countries. The possibility to automate, but also to take control manually. Make a solution easily and quickly available for external partners.

A little advice for implementation: carefully think ahead about the flow and the different screens to configure (much simpler for properly building your platform). Don't hesitate to build your first platform in a test environment to ensure that the final result meets your expectations.

1 - Initially, the intention was to create a platform completely disconnected from the company's IT system (and allow total independence in the collection and conversation of data).

**What do you like best about Whispli?**

Mobile and web interface is frictionless to use, great support when I have a question and the product enables my team to report to me anonymously meaning I get a bunch more reports than I would normally. Love the automatic translation features and the ability to provide the forms in any language for my teams offshore. The team are constantly releasing new features and are quick to communicate them.

**What do you dislike about Whispli?**

Whilst the AI driven hotline feature is cool, some users may want to be able to speak to a human via a hotline, thankfully Whispli have some great partners to choose from.

**What problems is Whispli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now that we have moved to an asynchronous way of working thanks to Covid, I was worried that the team were not able to share their thoughts, concerns and worries as easily as when we were face to face. With Whispli, my team know they have a platform that they can use to report without fear.
