What do you like best about Whispli?

The platform is easy to deploy, user-friendly, and above all, compliant with GDPR requirements and the European directive on whistleblowers.

The exchanges are secure, completely anonymous if necessary, and the management of reports is done smoothly and efficiently.

The customer support is responsive, professional, and attentive, which is very appreciated for this type of sensitive subject.

What do you dislike about Whispli?

It is not possible to send MS Teams invites / organize meetings via an additional feature which would make the handling / coordination easier (one communication channel).

Contributors like guest users have no (limited / invitation links not working) access to reports (leads to additional work-arounds).

Reporters who did not create an Whispli-account sometimes forget their log-in code to access their Whispli reports which makes the follow up communication complex or basically impossible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whispli?

Pragmatism of the solution and the overall sense of customer sercice of the entire implementation team. The solution evolves really well and rapidly and the solution is so friendly and intituitive that we are able to deal with it on our own. What do you like best about Whispli?

Our experience with Whispli has been exceptional. The Customer Success Manager was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, providing excellent suggestions for our implementation team. When we encountered a hurdle late in the process, our Customer Success Manager pulled his team together to help us expedite through our issues and connect the right leaders on all sides of the issue.

Nearly six months after implementation, we continue to meet regularly to review any issues and discuss program improvements. Both our Customer Success Manager and our Business Development Manager have remained engaged with us and are always available for questions. We have just implemented Whispli so still early days, but the implementation has been very easy, and we've been supported by a fantastic implementation consultant throughout. Urmila is a credit to the Whispli team.

Whispli set up is very intuitive and easy to understand.

The tools allows to the whistleblower to be fully anonymous if they wish so and several channels (external, internal...) can be made up.

The tool also offers a wide range of features very useful for the case management part.

Moreover, we have been very well accompanied by our CSM and the integration was quickly done
