The tool itself is customizable and easy to use when collecting reports. Implementation was fairly easy. Editing the back end is also easy. And the user experience for reporters using the online form is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EQS Integrity Line?

Slow response times on tickets submitted for help. Quirks in the system make use difficult (e.g., not easy to search for cases by case number, linked cases don't always work, permissions don't always apply accurately, etc.). Representations were made regarding system feature availability and the features still haven't been made available after months. Finally, reporting features are severely lacking. The best thing about it, besides its goodness, is that it can be utilized to stop bad things from happening in your organization. It is simple to use, straightforward to interface with other tools or your higher authority, and easy to execute. The EQS Integrity Line platform is simple to use and comprehend for users. Customizing the default setup to meet certain business requirements is simple. Most significantly, the EQS team has shown to be very effective and easily accessible. What problems is EQS Integrity Line solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not only does it benefit me personally, but it also helps the entire organization identify the primary offender and avoid misunderstandings. Our whistleblower system is called EQS Integrity Line. This mechanism allows you to anonymously report instances of (legal) misconduct and/or transgressions of our code of conduct. They seem to be aquisitive but not great at incorporating the acquisitions. Some modules have much more clear documentation and better functionality than others. New features have been slow to roll out in the early 2020's and their inside sales/business development people make redundant contacts where it's not clear who has what role or can answer which questions.
