Customizing the default setup to meet certain business requirements is simple. Most significantly, the EQS team has shown to be very effective and easily accessible. Some modules have much more clear documentation and better functionality than others. We moved away from a more traditional telephone / call-centre based reporting system. Really took the time to understand the nuances of our corporate structures , our specific needs and delays in coming to a decision. They listened carefully and were not afraid of adapting the system to meet our internal requirements. And when the approval process took longer than expected, they not understood but also did not hesitate to educate all relevant internal stakeholders. The platform itself is incredibly easy to use and manage, very intuitive and elegant. Once the contract was signed, Andrew did not just handed over to the implementation team: he continuously checked to make sure the implementation was going as planned and that we were happy with what we were getting. And the implementation led by Lars was incredibly fast (including the training sessions), without any hiccups. **What do you dislike about EQS Integrity Line?** I really cannot think of anything. Having reliable and immediately available statistics. Having clear, auditable trail of all investigations. Keeping all complaints, investigations and evidence secure. Having an channel that is open to external stakeholders. Having a channel that allows anonymous reports and, at the same, a two-way dialogue with those who wish to remain anonymous. ### 28. Not too costly - the software is unlikely to be used too much for us (hopefully) so the low cost was very appealing to be able to bring us up to date whilst still keeping our operating costs reduced. **What do you dislike about EQS Integrity Line?** It would be good to have more admins, the low number offered unless you upgrade makes it difficult to stay compliant if someone is out of the office. Our CU has 4 people in charge of whistleblowing and so that at a minimum would be good if it was available for the smaller companies. This is a small issue though - the option is still available with just a higher cost. **Recommendations to others considering EQS Integrity Line:** Consider what you need to use this for and how often it may be used. Train employees and add in to the code of conduct training annually if applicable. Most companies seem to struggle with knowledge of the system. We have created a video which shows an employee how to use it, and set it up in our compliance training, meaning they have to pass the assessment after to show understanding and we know they then have the knowledge. **What problems is EQS Integrity Line solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped to bring us up to date with our anonymous reporting whilst still being able to ask the reporter questions. The most impressive feature is probably that we are able to communicate with the whistleblowers, even while they stay 100 % anonymous. Security is clearly a high priority for Got Ethics and every possible risk scenario we came up with was already taken care of by design. We have been able to customize all texts and forms as well as the layout to our company's requirements. In addition, Got Ethics took care of the whole setup process and have been very helpful every time we've been in contact with them. **What do you dislike about EQS Integrity Line?** Nothing so far.
