weseethrough is a technology-driven market research company that helps global organisations to better understand their consumers' actual behaviour, rather than reported or claimed. Using video to capture first-person footage of respondents' daily lives, video curation platform Haystack, is then used to efficiently unearth invaluably deep insight from hundreds of hours of video.

**What do you like best about weseethrough?**

The data that weseethrough provides is nothing short of incredible. It is true that people do not report the unfiltered truth of their experiences. Bias is impossible to avoid. This tool allows us to really KNOW that our data is accurate.

**What do you dislike about weseethrough?**

It's expensive...but understandably so. However it was hard to rationalize the cost/benefit with those who weren't fully "believers" in the power of this data. It's also difficult to convince employees to be the one wearing the technology due to today's value of privacy.

**Recommendations to others considering weseethrough:**

Do your research. The price may make your management weary, but solid research on the principles of groupthink and the importance of genuine data may help.

**What problems is weseethrough solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is revolutionizing our internal HR practices. Now we really know how folks react, behave and respond. This is helping us make decisions that are truly in favor of our employees.
